Even though you don't consider it finished, it does not, in my opinion, need much more work, if any at all, to convey feelings. Nicely done! I like his expression (reminds me of Gregory House with the furrowed brow) :3 A friend of mine does a lot of drawings, but she said portraits are the most difficult because she said there's so much detail in a human face that it's hard to capture for her.
