Macys Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 Saga-san, your drawing is so beautiful and full of expression. :Red_fox: You are very talented, I wish I could draw like this.
nicicia Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 I definitely see emotions in this. I really like the pattern on the belt as well. Even though you don't consider it finished, it does not, in my opinion, need much more work, if any at all, to convey feelings. Nicely done!
BRIDGET Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 Pencil, my fave tool!. It shows a lot. Always a side hiden, blurred.. and the belt pattern ...show your connection with Nature? I like it, with all that it conveys. I wonder what would have come out if you had spent more than 15 mins drawing it. Nice work, as always
Saga Posted December 4, 2012 Author Posted December 4, 2012 || RE-DRAWN 'Farewell' work || I just did what I ... did o_O No idea what I went after, but the outcome could be worse. XD The original sketch I posted last time was in my folder with stocks and I just played with my own stock XD
Saga Posted January 9, 2013 Author Posted January 9, 2013 Sketched something for a few minutes,uh, no idea what I went for. But I know that my inspiration was Yoite ;D ;D P.S. Eh,if I had time and materials I would have finished it + coloring. XD
Saga Posted January 29, 2013 Author Posted January 29, 2013 My brother asked me to make him a portrait of someone for his homework XDDDDDDDDD Ladies and gentlemen, my very first portrait. ._.' I am sorry for the quality, the camera sucks -_-'

I like his expression (reminds me of Gregory House with the furrowed brow) :3 A friend of mine does a lot of drawings, but she said portraits are the most difficult because she said there's so much detail in a human face that it's hard to capture for her. I think she'd really like your portrait... is it okay if I show it to her?
Saga Posted January 29, 2013 Author Posted January 29, 2013 Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. , In fact, that's Doctor House XD Just didn't know if he really looks like him LMAO. Yeah, sure, you can. And it is true. The human doesn't only have 'strokes' and 'shadows'. You must capture the emotions and the feeling one preson gives away. So it is hard. Thank you all! (:
nicicia Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Haha, I knew it had to be House XD That's very good for a first portrait. I felt you really captured House there. I know portraits are difficult when it comes to getting the emotions captured. Well done!
mangotango Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. Haha, I didn't want to say, "Gregory House! Yay!" and then have you say, "Nonono, it's my brother/cousin/uncle/friend/etc. how dare you I hate House." :3 You did a great job with the expression and my art-friend said she's jealous ^^
Saga Posted May 27, 2013 Author Posted May 27, 2013 Hm. Well. I got a graphic tablet and couldn't sit around,so did this. I never imagined the great difference would be so big, between paper and digital work. D; I just f*cked my hand for 3 hours,seriously... I need practice with that odd pen ToT
BRIDGET Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Cool drawing! You got the graphic tablet? cool! I like his attitude XD
