If there is something bothering you and you want to talk about it, find someone to talk to, because it isn't good to keep bottling up, it very bad for your health if you keep everything inside.

I hope you're reading the manga as well so it will not really come off as a surprise. Although if not, I think yes, he is dead but I will only believe it without a doubt until the next chapter (which is next month, ah the torture!). You know how Isayama-sensei likes us to believe that a character is dead but is not until we see them walking and killing again. But at the end of the latest chapter, my heart is broken. T.T

And if you're exposed to it by such an amount of time, you'll get likely to be burned. I don't know if Armin survived that but at the last page his body was shown as a really burnt Armin. I don't know, I can't really accept that fact completely until they are mourning for him.
