xD; I am. I just never been good at making conversations. Seriously. I'm not trying to ignore people. I just don't know how to say something, without coming off as mean. xD. It's okay. My day has been okay. Yourself? I'm sorry that you can't sleep. I wish I could help. But I have a hard time sleeping too. That's why I'm always tired.

 

Although if you wanna know what I do:

1. Count backwards or forwards

2. Listen to instrumental

3. Breathe 3-5 times

4. Lay on my stomach for 30 mins to an hour.

5. Exercise

6. Medititate

7. Play a game

 

Or I just don't think as much when I go to bed.
