Guys, fortunately I just recovered my Weibo account and stalked Johnny's Weibo immediately. I saw some his addicted related posts and tends to think that he only deleted the posts which made ZhouZhou reputation went down (like he's touching butt)/ sleeping dinosaur and sharing ZhouZhou's posts rather than commenting under?

 

May be just my wishful thinking but I'm happy to see those photos in his Weibo. Aren't they full of memories of Addicted? 😊😊😊

-Many of us are not understand the language but still trying to accessing the website in order to streams and rates the official videos.

-Everyday, we are following the updates tightly from the subbers' YT channel, and also waiting for the 30s and 1min trailers from the official channels.

-The moment when they uploaded the uncut ep 11, the memory is still fresh in my mind, we're all getting crazy of it.

-When we knew that the series is being banned, we all are get worried and upset for it.

-And many more.....

-But now, some of the actors might giving up this series, though it's not confirmed yet, but we can feel it, something unpleasant is going to happen, just like before the ban, during the released of the most intense episode 11, we've started our worries and it's really happened after that.

-I don't know what to say now.

-I'm very looking forward to ZhouZhou's new album. Though he's always looks happy and cute in front of the people, but from his music (either his own songs or cover songs), mostly are sad ballads and rock. Maybe this is his inner voice. Songwriters are always trying to expressing themselve through music. Perhaps we can understand something more from it.

And good news is that me and my friend finished translating the 2 movies with him in them, Love Place. I translated the first, she translated the second. The first is subbed already. I think everyone who follows them noticed this. Which is why I don't understand why does he push away ZhouZhou so much. He was comfortable around ZZ that much we know. And ever since the promotional tour ended with the group, JY become noticeably thinner and moodier, up until this weekend shoots with ZZ.

 

I don't understand why he pushes ZhouZhou away so much either!!!! I don't know. His behaviors were different after Shanghai meeting, and especially during the interviews after that. Maybe it was because there were a lot of things on his plate and he had to make some difficult decisions. So maybe that's why he seemed so out of there....

 

But still, to delete the pictures of them together is just..... WTF?! Besides, the pictures were not even related to Addicted at all!!!

I'd be lying if I said I didn't expect this. I kinda expected this to happen....

I'm sure his manager made him to do that... so it might be against his will and all. But still, it makes him even more robotic, not human. Like when he wrote comments to ZhouZhou and stuff... So his weibo is gone all 'official' and anything inappropriate wouldn't be accepted. And his weibo would be his manager's not HIS. Because then all of his messages would have to be pre-approved!!! And what was wrong with these pictures??? I can't wrap my head around this at all... They were FEEL-GOOD, great memories!!!

....I dont know what to say about this.. I've heard a few people quit just before Addicted ended. CJD's assistant quit in the middle of broadcasting, just before the ban, I think.... and I wondered why. Did she knew and quit before the controversial stuffs that went on to avoid association? But I find it really REALLY odd if someone would just make a post about something so private and personal like "oh one of them is gay!" I mean... really. It's none of their damn business. And it's kind disrespectful.

 

I wouldn't care though. I don't care about their sexual orientation. I accept whoever they are. But it'd be a shame to have them hiding and protecting themselves from this cruel world which doesn't embrace homosexuality warmly. They even deleted the most affectionate moments of them together.

 

And if I had to guess which one is gay. I'd think it's Johnny... for a few reasons

1. his gestures, his hands, and the way he swings his hips can be feminine

2. BTS, of course, where there were many moments where he was so straightforward about kissing and being with ZhouZhou

3. old pictures had him wearing girls make up... seriously, it wasn't for cosplay or anything!

4. Someone mentioned about his family, maybe he didn't have good relationship with his family due to his sexual confusion at that time, who knows.... and the fact that he's totally comfortable with men due to Jiu-Jitsu.

 

Maybe it was Fengsong? LOL, I don't know.

 

but again I don't care. Straight or not. It's none of my business, and I totally understand if anyone has to hide it. Homophobia very is evident today. Which brings me to this video you posted. I thought, ok their laughter is obviously obnoxious kind but not knowing the context, I couldn't rule it as homophobic. But that's something new I've learned! Uke as the weaker, eh? I was meaning to answer to your quote but I forgot until you posted recently.

Sorry, but I have to let this out after I've read the news about Johnny deleting all Addicted and ZhouZhou related stuffs.

 

I hope there's some explanation to his action because if not.. I can't keep being his fan anymore. Especially if he decides to throw away Addicted (including Season 2) to start a new beginning in the entertainment industry. In my opinion, season 2 relies heavily on Johnny. I'm not worried about ZhouZhou since he's under CJD's company. Johnny's decision however would be major. The moment I've read CJD's interview about not having the same cast, I think of Johnny in the very back of my mind. I don't know why I think of Johnny but that thought suddenly just appeared. I ignored that thought though since I decided to trust Johnny. However, this news about Johnny deleted all Addicted stuffs just feed my fear that he's going to be the one who's...... .

 

I prefer there wouldn't be season 2 if ZhouZhou or Johnny can't make it. It has to be both of them. I can handle lack of season 2 better than having season 2 with... ZhouZhou and another guy as Gu Hai!!

 

It's very common for managers to take control of their clients' accounts, though I don't support this notion at all. Just still... it's just ridiculous to delete some of these photos of him and Zhouzhou together because well, it was their first performance. And Zhouzhou was his co-star and vice versa, and I understand how you feel. It feels insulting. But it's pretty common. So I wasn't surprised by it. Just a bit annoyed with the tight-ass regulations, like they're properties, not human beings who- like us- express ourselves freely, just like he wanted to. Don't be disheartened. Johnny probably would be the type of person who is very, very passive. He allows others to take control of him easily, I think.... and he would be manipulated very easily. He probably felt really trapped or stuck between different paths. When I saw that video with him teaching self-defense. I thought aww.... poor Johnny. He definitely should consider teaching because it would definitely bring him happiness... Fame... I don't believe it brings happiness at all. I don't think Johnny is strong or prepared enough to take such huge endeavors. Please keep your chin up, hon. It's all part of experience- maybe he'll realize his future, (and himself) with much more clarity and not with any uncertainty; then come to a definite decision on how he wants to live his life. Probably there will be mistakes or regrets- but that's part of learning. It's never too late to change his future. There is still much more time to make up his mind.

 

Maybe with all us being upset and other fans as well, he'll realize giving up Addicted would be a mistake before it is too late or what, who knows. I think that's why it's important to express our disappointment and anger so they'll know how much we loved them for Addicted.

I dont know what to say about this.. I've heard a few people quit just before Addicted ended. CJD's assistant quit in the middle of broadcasting, just before the ban, I think.... and I wondered why. Did she knew and quit before the controversial stuffs that went on to avoid association? But I find it really REALLY odd if someone would just make a post about something so private and personal like "oh one of them is gay!" I mean... really. It's none of their damn business. As a person who grown up under Ex-Junta Ruled Country, I must say everything is possible if you made one wrong mode. We have some celebrity here blocked by Junta for like 6 months or 1 year work (any work even singing on small stage show) because they didn't attend invited celebration/they attended (which Junta thought) unnecessary celebration. They laughed because ZhouZhou in the series is a Uke/Shou(someone who receives/bottoms) and that China regards Uke/Shous negatively(in fact both JY and ZZ fights to be the Semes in YZ/ZY pairings in interviews and that BLY's dad was happy that BLY was a Seme in the novel itself!).

IIt was so upsetting actually. And it gives you a glimpse of the homophobia still present in China today. To elaborate, in Chinese forums called Tieba where each section is dedicated to a certain person/topic(kind of like subreddit), JY Tieba actually dislikes ZZ and CP fans(they call fans of both CP fans) to the point where the moderators of the forum were deleting posts positive about ZZ. I personally think they are delusional actually because some of them wants to be "JY's wife etc etc" [ROLLS EYES].

 

I now only go into YZ couple forums because anything else is too upsetting for me. I just roll myself in the sugars =P

So there is this conspiracy that affected ZhouZhou right around the same time of all these dramas. That the chart tracking online songs stopped showing ZhouZhou's songs at Weibo searches. In addition, people have reported that their views didn't count. As a result, his new single "Dust" have been dropping in the charts...

 

Fans have messaged the administrators about it and as far as I can tell it seems to be resolved. My poor ZhouZhou~
