I would be happy to help out a little bit with whatever I can do - I can't help out with the translation part but I can proof (non native speaker but fluent in English since childhood).

I have reasonable PS skills, also some skills in Manga Studio and I'm accustomed to making comics (attended Comic arts school) so I am fully capable of repairing, touching up, cleaning and typesetting.

I have a tablet.
