Hiro smiled lightly hearing the other male's words. He would find him,eh? Surely he would wait for their meeting.

"Friend,eh?" Masahiro looked one more time back to the bar, then disappeared in the dark streets. He had to find a place to stand for the night, because he was too tired to go in his place right now.

Not so long and Hiro found one old building - a perfect place to spend the night there.

The assassin entered in and went in the darkest cornet of it,sitting there and closing eyes, hoping that no one would bother him again.

He was sure the other knew something by now.

Usually others doesn't intrest him in the slightest, but this man with crimson hair had lit a spark of interest.

Setsuya retreated to his small mansion in the outskirts of Ga'Ma Neutral. In the middle of the poverty that seemed to exude from Ga'Ma Neutral there was his small mansion - ordinary on the outside but quite luxurious on the inside. Doing others dirty work gave him a lot of comforts in life.

(OOC: If someone wants to do a time skip, since it's night-time,feel free to do so,so we can move to the next day. (: )

It wasn't surprising how fast Shika fell asleep. The male could barely keep his eyes open. The past few days,Harukami haven't caught a glimpse of rest. It was because the black justice came up with all sorts of traps and sent assassins after him. How could one sleep so calm, when their life was in danger?

Shiro didn't really find any reason to panic, and not find time to rest. It was just the opposite. If he didn't have enough of energy, doubtful was he would even lift his katana for protecting himself and guarding "Ga'Ma" town.

His conscious spiralled around the dream-land,Harukami felt unusually calm. Was it because he was confident he'd win the war and have ''Ga'Ma'' group back to his side? But what he could offer to the males,to make a deal? Freedom had no price, but would the rest agree with him?

[time skip]

It wasn't until after noon that Setsu decided to get out of bed and get things moving.

He needed the Ga'Ma to meet again to get his plan going, but he knew that was going to be quite hard.

They knew how to hide and getting every last one of them to come out of their hiding places would prove difficult.

He stretched his limbs before pulling on his coat and a pair of boots. Before anything he needed to eat, and with the fridge empty the only option was to go outside, something he'd rather not do in sunlight...

It was already a new day.Hiro woke up,looking straight at the entrance of the old building first.Good that no one found him, till now.Masahiro couldn't believe that he had such a calm night - he was feeling great now and was ready for work.In the moment when the red haired man stepped outside he found a small paper with his new job.Of course,he had to kill some guy again, but it was still too early for work.Hiro first decided to walk around the city and maybe that way he could find some information about Shiro.

He put his hood, then put his hands in the pockets and started his little tour.

(OOC: I'm sorry for the late post!)

Akuma tied back his hair to keep it out of his way as he walked down the street, eyes slipping around him to take in his surroundings. He never let anything sneak up on him if he could help it. It was a paranoid thought, but life could be dangerous and he would rather be safe than sorry. He slipped his hands in his pockets, feeling the reassuring presence of his weapon of choice.

Today was a day that didn't require gloves, unless he was going to specifically need to dirty his hands, and today was a day of unexplored opportunities. Maybe he would be able to find someone to play with today, or maybe even the person he was looking for. Either way, it would be fun for him.

A new day,a new beginning - so Shika saw the life. The male got up,taking his sword along and mantle to cover over. It was needed since he would head to the city. Better to take him for some idiotic monk with the light brown,as well old, mantle than to show he was the white justice. The sun rose up high reflected in his dangling crosses and chains. The male grinned widely, jumping off the high building.

His heart sped the beats before landing down smoothly, one knee slightly bent,to avoid bone-crack. The male stood up and hiding his weapon under mantle,he headed for the city.

Walking down the streets, many people bumped into him with a lack of politeness,to excuse themselves, rather went all ''Look where ya' walking, old man.''

Shika would slightly bow as a monk would do,and kept walking with head lowered down, hidden by the huge hood of his mantle. His silver-blueish eyes averted to the left,there-that was the scent of blood. Shika took a turn and entered a dead-end street. Black soldiers were abusing some small kid, slapping him and laughing since the boy was homeless. Shiro narrowed his eyes and grip tightened around his sword under mantle - but no,not yet drawing it out. He walked slowly towards the males.

-''Sadou,some monk seems to want to take the kid's place'',one of the soldiers said, laughing.

-''Shrines must have some money,eh. Yo,old man, care to share with God's children some cash?'',sarcastically the other said.

Shika didn't reply anything at all,he stood in front of them with lowered head,out-stretching his empty head ,as if begging.

This should be interesting, Akuma thought as he caught sound further down the street. His step was light as he walked towards the sounds emanating from the side alley before he stopped, seeing someone had already beaten him to the punch. That someone appeared to be a monk, but apparently that wouldn't stop the person from intervening on behalf of the child within the alley.

The purple haired man picked out a spot to watch, but not be seen and he leaned back against a wall with his hands crossed over his chest. He wasn't big on sharing with people, but his curiosity was peeked at seeing the monk and the people within the alley. His bet was on the monk despite what the people within the alley seemed to think. He was prepared to step in if it looked as if was needed, however. He couldn't let some kid get picked on and some monk be harmed just because he wasn't participating right now.

The black clothed males looked questionably at the stretched forward hand. It really looked as if begging, but what the brainless males forgot to notice,or rather a lack of quickness of mind, was that the monk's hand would tell he wasn't really old - just the opposite.

Shika's mouth let a sighed grin out,his sharp eyes saw one of the soldiers coming closer, even under hood.

-''Old man,you don't know your manners. Want your wrists broken,so even prayers will be useless, same as your brain?'',the male knew his rude language, but didn't know Shiro couldn't be provoked easily.

Harukami lowered down his hand and the male laughed at him, turning head to his friend.

-''Saw that? Ahahaha-...'',the laughter faded away and the only trace from the male's ''happy'' end was splashed on the wall - blood.

The little kid fell on the ground,in fear. As for the other soldier,he took out his blade.

-''Show yourself. How pathetic to pretend, being a monk!'',even brave in his words, the male was trembling.

-''Heh. How pathetic to bully a kid.'',he threw the rocks back at the male's head and lifted his head,to let his hood fall. It didn't take two seconds and Shika killed the soldier. He didn't need any comment,or pointing finger because he was the one who was against the black justice.

The kid looked up at the male, shuddering yet not crying. Shiro liked the way the kid behaved.

-''You can leave, kid. Grow stronger,to protect, not to hold tears back.'', with words set for a goodbye,Shika saw the boy running to the busy street, away from Shika.

(OoC: I gave a mental cheer. :p )

Akuma's eyes widened slightly as he watched the monk take on the others. The movements of the other mesmerized him a little. He rarely saw such fluidity and it sent a slight thrill of excitement through. He quieted the excitement, however. He slid out of where he was standing, making his way past several people so he could pass the alley way in which the fight had occurred.

"Good job," he whispered low as he passed the monk, calm strides never slowing even as he spoke. A slight smile played upon his lips as he walked and he tucked his hands back in his pocket.

Setsuya smelled the blood in the air as he sipped his coffee in the outdoor seating of a small café.

Always watching his surroundings he noticed a figure with purple hair walking on the other side of the street.

"Curiouser and curiouser" he thought to himself, grinning.

While Hiro was walking down to the street he smell the scent blood. "Strange". he mumbled, going to take a look.He saw few guys there, two of them black soulders, one of the other guys who obviously wasn't black soldier, was laying on the wall watching how another guy is fighting. Not so long the black soldiers were killed.

"He surely is good fighter." Hiro thought, going closer to see who was the guy that was fighting. While he was getting closer, the male who was laying on the wall moved closer to that mystirous guy as well. What would happen now?

In the end Hiro decided just to watch,so he stopped and laid on the wall, not too close yet too far from to the other males.

(OOC: Indeed. )

Shika was indeed fast, one of his best traits when it came to fight in short distances was the precise movements and speed. The white haired male heard the steps although the other walked as if on air. One could barely know that someone was about to pass by them. But not the case now. Harukami averted eyes and as soon as he averted them,he eyed the purple haired male - ''Ga'Ma'' ,he thought.

~Good job~,words that Shika never got to hear, since no one would live after,to praise whatever good he did. Shiro lifted chin lightly and his grin grew wider.

-''Nice to meet you, Ga'Ma purple.'',Harukami drew back his sword under the mantle.

Akuma gave the barest inclination of his head at the words, eyes slipping over the pale-haired man, taking everything in and committing it to memory. It was something that allowed him to keep living in his job and he wasn't about to end the habit anytime soon. His hands were still loosely tucked in his pockets even as he noticed the sword. He rarely let much other than amusement show, and even then amusement rarely showed.

"'Morning," he said with a smile at Shiro, leaning back against a wall. He could appear laid back and calm even as he worked on figuring out how best to go after someone. "And I do have a name," he whispered low with a wink.

The boy had guts,so Shika thought. He got slightly interested,no one would ever smile even if Shiro was looked at as if the death itself and everything awful that one could face. Harukami titled head to side, then up to the sky. His eyes completely overplayed with the brightness.

-''Name you say..'',he chuckled and lowered his gaze at the other, ''You can sing it out,but if it's worth to remember is for me to decide.'',Shiro walked slowly forward and continued.

-''You are bold,or a fool to have this attitude?'',he tried to provoke the other.

At first when Hiro heard, that the both were talking about Ga'Ma it catched his interested, but soon he got bored and just leaved the two males. He wouldn't bother in their work.He just went back to the main street and continued his walk.

Soon the crimson haired male found a small cafe and entered in,ordering a cup of coffee and something to eat, because he was starving.

Akuma watched the white haired male step closer, little emotion showing on his face though he was still working on figuring the other male out. He normally didn't deal with people, let alone people who were strangers unless it pertained to the job at hand and this encounter seemed to be quite far from he was currently scheduled to.

"My name is Akuma, or it's what I like to use," the purple-haired male answered, not shying away from the man or the look on his face. "And which would you think I am?" he added in a low purr, not rising to the bait.

  • 2 months later...

Shika flicked a brow and as soon as he was a few meters away from the other he grinned faintly.

-"The fool,of course.",pretty much cocky he stated his thoughts out loud and put his hood over head to continue his way forward.

He indeed hated to talk, but what he hated more was to be challenged when the other had no idea what Shika was fighting for.

Was it so hard for 'Ga'Ma' to understand his goals? The war had to end. People needed to be free. How was he supposed to bring all Ga'Ma back? He needed their strength, but with each day passing he thought it was impossible.

The male headed to the East part of the city, where an old man lived. Usually he would go there when was angry.

Why 'Ga'Ma' group was so stubborn? He hissed.

Last couple of years Momo took to sleeping wherever he could, be it abandoned buildings or warm beds of potential lovers. He would wrap himself in a dark blanket, hoping none nobody would find him. Even if they did, they'd sooner have their heads blown off than touch him. Momo chose his own, sleeping just a little better in the warmth of a boy or a man. He'd found he liked them rather much, despite his growing around women. Or because of it, perhaps.

He hadn't much on him, just the one sniper strapped to his back. His only defence and his only ticket to Ga'Ma. Stalking around the city earned him little information; it seemed most everyone was afraid to speak loudly of the white he was hunting. Momo supposed his bright attire did not help much, either.

Momo hadn't been to Ga'Ma Neutral yet. He was a month or so new in the group and the city was big. But he could only stay in hiding so long; his own life depended on finding Harukami Shiro.

Walks were good. Walks cleared his head. Momo didn't know how long he had been walking; he'd lost himself somewhere in the East Quarter. The area was unfamiliar to him, but a glance at his pocket watch told him the hour. He'd calculate his way back soon enough.

As soon as Hiro finished with the eating he leave the cafe.He had no idea where to go now.If he should go and ask some of his helpers about Shiro?Would they know something? They usually were helping him for some of the missions, but now was different.Anyway in the end he decided to go to one of these helpers. Near the cafe where he was till now had a small shop. There was and the person that he needed.

"Excuse me,may I buy this?" Masahiro knocked on the small table behind which was standing the guy he needed, holding a bottle of beer in his hand, grinning.

"Yea-.." the male surely looked shocked when he saw Hiro.

"Let me guess why you came?" he smiled.

"Smart as always,eh?" Genkishi joked.

"Ah,give me the photo of the guy you need to kill." no matter it was a small shop many people where coming here,so it was useful to at least check.

"Here, and also,I want to ask you one more thing - do you have any information about...him?" the other male wasn't stupid and knew what did Hiro mean.

"Sorry, but for this I can't help you. As for the the male from the photo - you can find him here." the helper gave Genkishi an address. The crimson haired male just smiled, taking it and leaving the shop.

Days,weeks,months,years...how long Shira had to wait to be killed? The white haired male stopped suddenly in the middle of the crowd. What was he thinking? To get killed? He was the only hope of those poor people.

Suddenly a memory from long ago broke into his mind, screams in his head - a fear.

..Monster!..

Ah,a bitter taste. He closed eyes and hid in a dark street,to lean against the wall. He was in a dark place, he hated darkness. A quick growl in mind,he rushed out of the dark street. What he was doing? Shiro shook head.

Soon he reached a small local restaurant.

As soon as he entered,he saw only one old man, standing all alone and polishing glasses.

-"Mute breathing. Quiet steps. Calm, yet scared heart-beating.",the man was blind, yet his other senses were sharp as knife,"Shika."

Harukami turned towards the male and took off his hood,

-"Jii-san",his voice somewhat velvet.

-"Are you lost again,my child?",he chuckled and kept polishing the glasses.

Shiro turned around to flick the door sign from "Open" to "Closed".

-"....",the bleach haired male took place opposite of the man's.

-"I smell blood. Did you sin again?"

Harukami looked to the side,

-"You should get out of here. Hide somewhere, run away."

-"Nah, I lived long enough,Shika. It's not the time to run after life, kid.",the blind man chuckled and placed the last polished glass down.

-"...Jii-san...-"

-"Listen!"

Shika got silent and they both listened to the silence until the small sparkle of a bird's song from outside came to be heard.

-"What's this? It's just a bird.",Shiro looked back at the male.

-"No. It's a bird's song. Did you know Shika? Birds don't sing in a place where there is no hope. Stay here for tonight. Have you eaten properly lately?",as an old man,Shiro's friend started acting like his grandfather. He got slowly up and with the help of his cane, which was pretty old wooden cane, he moved to the restaurant kitchen.

Shiro loved the food here. He smiled faintly and looked from outside the window. There were clouds coming. Was it about to storm tonight? He wondered...

The first rain began falling when Momo had backtracked his way to a familiar crossing. He hadn't the habit of looking up at the sky often; the city always seemed dark so he hadn't taken any notice of the gathering clouds. As the night gradually fell, the storm clouds did in fact thicken. Momo felt the chill before the rain, wrapping the old moth-eaten blanket around himself as tight as he could. The streets wouldn't do him well tonight, but bars and pubs were quick to close their doors to the upcoming weather. Were there any abandoned buildings around? Warehouses? Momo could only recall some too far from where he stood.

It was important to keep moving in order to preserve some of his body heat; Momo got cold easily and the rain only fell harder. He hid under roofs and arches for the most part, but there were large areas with no shelter in sight. The streets had emptied quickly as time went by to the hours of night. There were no replies to his calls behind the closed doors.

Momo gave up once his near-panic made him lost again. He hadn't even the will to find his way back again; it was time consuming and he was already drenched. He huddled behind a container like a street rat he was, wrapped in his old blanket, shivering in his misery. The container was that of a restaurant, but Momo hadn't bothered to knock any more. The sign clearly read 'closed'. Perhaps, if he woke early enough, he could dig through it for some leftovers. It was a bad night, but he'd survive it and move on.

It was already night,eh? The time was passing really fast.Masahiro just finished his mission for the night. The information that the guy from the shop gave him,was exactly what he needed. It was nice to have someone on whom you can have trust - just like Ga'Ma before, when everything was different. But now,now Hiro couldnt trust himself and what to talk about other people.Maybe only the guy from the shop was different.

It was raining - what a luck.Somehow, when was raining Genkishi was feeling really calm.Like the small drops were washing all the dirt from him.The blood that few seconds ago was covering his hands, now was gone.

Hiro passed by one restaurant, which was already closed.Just when he turned his head he saw someone behind a container. What was this person doing there? On top of everything the rain wasn't stopping.

The crimson haired male sighed taking off his jacket, going right to that person. It was a boy? Why was a boy around his age here?Genkishi threw his jacket to cover him.He didn't even notice that the boy's hair was pink, which meant one thing - he was also from Ga'ma.

"What are you doing here? Are you running from home?" Hiro squatted in front of the boy,a bit worried about him.

Shika was already full,he had a nice meal and leaned back on the couch. Yes,he was already in a small room with one couch, sipping his tea. He had this ''ritual'',when raining he would take off all crosses, chains and all, leaving himself with normal clothes. None of these white and long clothes, and chains over his body, proving that he was Harukami Shiro.

The reason behind his small ''ritual'' was simple. It rained same damn hard way when his parents were killed. He believed in no god,but yet,he was the ''God'' of people that still hoped and wished for freedom. What a heavy burden. He had nothing, but gave everything to surpass the dark side in himself.

Once the male flopped on his couch, his aqua top tank lifted a bit,to bare his abs. His bright blue eyes stared at the ceiling.

-"Sata sandhi jara jara, tava ei kalevara,

Patana haibe eka-dina.

Bhasma krmi vistha habe, sakalera ghrnya tabe,

Ihate mamata arvacina."

(A dancing puppet of a hundred joints,

your mortal coil in its last moments:

This physical form is doomed to destruction.

Ashes to ashes, worm and dung,

What was beautiful once is a horrible thing; ),

Shika sang almost whispering, his voice emotionless.

It was a song he once heard when was buying one of his amulets.

It was in an ancient language,Sanskrit. The male took a breath and closed eyes. The heavy rain drummed in his mind - he opened eyes. There were steps echoing on the second floor.

And these steps weren't the old man's ones.

Harukami locked his brows in a frown, his eyes full with hatred. Why it had to be right now? When he hated the most - the black soldiers.

-"Jii-san...",he mumbled under nose and jumped off his couch. As soon as he took his blade,he put a white hat over head,to hide his bleached hair.

Seemed he had unwanted guests to take care off.
