After downloading the game and doing all the process until the part where i should play it, I open the game and I get the black screen as you say but the difference with me is that the black window collapses even before the start of the game.. In other words, the game doesn't work with me .. What should I do? Please help coz I really wanna play it T_T

MonochromeIzaya Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 It wont let me minimize the game to open up ITH. I'm pretty sure you have to have the game up in order for ITH to find the processes, but it will not let me minimize it to do it. Unless there's something going wrong with ITH itself . . .

circusXxXfreak Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 alright i went to a website for Dmmd and i installed everything i needed for it and when i go to open it the screen is black. i can hear music but i can't see nothing of the menu screen. i have tried following the directions that they have provided but i still don't understand what i am doing wrong. if someone could just help me with this it would appreciated thank you!!

I opened the folder and clicked onto the iso folder, and when it tried mounting the file, I suddenly got an error message: The program can't start because d3dx9_42.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Because of this problem, it's technically the first step and I already reached a problem. Please reply I really want to play this game and thank you so much in advance. Nevermind, it seems that I've solved the problem. ^^ I had this problem. Go to the DirectX website and download the "end user" file (It has that in it's name). It has all the past DirectX files you could be missing. I believe it download as dxwebsetup. - - - Updated - - - I read the thread and it doesn't seem like anyone has resolved the black window crash. If anyone knows a solution please let me know!!
jurassic Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 So I just figured out why a black window would open and close whenever I tried to start the game!! First off let me say I'm running this on a Mac via bootcamp..region and local are the same to me.. If you are as silly as me you were changing Region to Japan instead of Location/Local.. I have my Windows 7 HP set to JP, I have moved the updated and crack files into the folder with the DRAMAtical Murder folder that came when I installed it. Yet all I am getting is a black screen when I click on the crack version and on the icon that came up when I installed the game, an ID code needed. I have tried to find a solution but I have yet to find one. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my laptop a couple of times now. But nothing is working. Help Please.
