KohakuShadow Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 The wines age shouldn't affect it's alcohol content. The alcohol percentage is determined during the fermentation process. Once the process is over the alcohol level remains constant. Though the way that the alcohol is perceived can change over time.
