don't put anything cold on it. It will worsen the pain,but well,it will make the swollen area go back to normal. But yet,the pain is not-able-to-ignore.

Put a warm compress of flavine. On cotton or some cloth,no idea. Then bandage and leave it until tonight. Your skin will be slightly colored in yellow,but it is effective. (:

thanks! unfortunately I made the mistake of putting ice on it exactly after the accident the day before yesterday T_T I didn't want to check a doctor and it worsened and by today I couldn't walk almost at all it took me more than an hour to get from home to the taxi and from the taxi to the doctor's office looool

I know the pain. I've gotten my ankle in same state. It was awful and I couldn't walk at all. The swollen thingy will go lower,to your toes in a few days. It doesn't matter you did the mistake with the ice. The warm flavine compress can be applied anytime. And it doesn't effect anything like meds you take or stuff. It just takes the pain away and will make the swollen patch of area to disappear,little by little. As long as you really do it. (:

Ah,and keep your foot on same level as your knee. Not higher or lower. Because of the blood circulation. And like last,once again,it colors the skin. XD But better than cursing in pain. XD

thx! and I kept it all the time down 'cause stupid doctor didn't tell me I gotta keep it at the same level as the knee >.

I'll ask mom to bring me a chair to put leg on it and to get flavine to apply there

And no worries. Mine doctor did a stupidity too. She bandaged it too tightly and it worsened it. I got annoyed and did what I know (with the flavine and taking care of the level I keep the foot.)

So,don't tighten the bandage too much. (: Again,blood circulation. (:

*slaps Rei* no beer and medication! Stay sober, I know it might kill ya, it would if I didn't have a drink.. But it's for the best get better first then celebrate when it's healed ^^ certain medications and alcohol don't mix well and start eating at your stomach liner and cause a hole to develop and then your going to go have to get surgery to have it fixed. That and your kidneys.. But I don't feel like talking about that right now. Just stay away from the alcohol until you stop taking the meds okay? ^^ *kisses where I slapped Rei*

So, I went out of my way to watch some gay porn on redtube. It does nothing for me and I still like yaoi anime and manga! You wanna know why? Because there's a storyline, characters that seem more human than the plumber and client scenario and character development to boot. *facetable*
