Alex blushed slightly at the offer and he slid his hand to Christen's squeezing gently as he moved close to make sure he wouldn't lose him. "You have great eyes for a Halloween prank," he said with a soft smile. Normally red eyes would have been spooky, but they were rather neat in the dark and he knew who they belonged to so they didn't freak him out.

Niko gently pulled Adrian closer, glaring at the person who bumped into Adrian. "I hate high school students," he grumbled softly as he picked up his pace to catch up with Christen and Alex. "I'm grabbing onto Alex since you're the only one who can see, Christen," he added, loosely taking Alex's other hand in his. "Best not to get separated."

Christen looked back at Niko nodding his head as he laughed at what Alex had just said about a Halloween prank. "Yeah well these are my natural eye color..." he said with a laughing tone while he squeezed Alex's hand right back. When they got there to the area where the students had to meet along with the teachers, it was surprisingly less crowded then what they were expecting. The raven saw a dim light on the stage where the young principle was standing at. It seemed quite strange that the lights worked inside the auditorium and not the rest of the school. He then spotted four seats close to the front so he walked down the isle having some people stare at the four wondering why four boys are holding each others hands.

Adrian felt uncomfortable with the stares that they were getting, the air in the area was cold and ominousness. He got a horrible feeling. There was less students and teachers in the room making giving him a sick feeling like something big was going to happen. As he stole a glance at the stages noticing how calm their principle was and how young he was too. He had dark brown hair slicked back with hair gel. His strong features looked quite intimidating, he basically looked like somebody you would not want to mess with.

Alex's eyes slid around the auditorium, taking everything in. He could come off as a bit of a ditz sometimes, but he was usually sharp. He squeezed Christen's hand as he followed, pulling Niko and Adrian along with him. "We should leave," he whispered low, noticing the four seats available. "Hell be damned as to what the principal and the teachers want."

Niko nodded slightly, gently removing his grip from Alex as they entered the dimly lit auditorium, but he remained close. This place reeked of danger and he really couldn't care less as to what everyone thought as they stared at them. He did know that this felt like a set up and that something was going on, something he didn't want to be a part of. His grip tightened on Adrian instinctively, making sure the other student was fine and making sure not to lose him.

When the reached the seats Christen was quite while he let Alex and Niko talk to one another. He sat down in the seat still holding Alex's hand. His usual calm and hard headed self was shaking slightly, a sick feeling was entering his body. His teeth clutched together. He was losing his cool. Just looking at the handsome principle was making his blood boil. The man held a smug look on his face and his eyes were cold and unwavering.

Adrian looked over at the raven with a frown coming to his face but then he looked over at Niko with his frown. He felt the horrible feeling too. But he just sat down next to Christen and looked at the stage as well, watching the principle walk up to the microphone taking it out of its stand. He tapped it to test to see if it was working or not. The teacher's were shushing the students who were talking. The principle coughed and gave a smile to the students and teachers.

"Good after students... Teachers..." he said in his deep baritone voice. Students and teachers alike said good afternoon, just then thunder was heard coming from outside. He coughed once again. "The reason why I called you all here is as you all know the lights are out... And I know what your thinking how is it that this room has power... Well it is because we are using the drama departments generator to keep this room lit..."

Alex frowned slightly as he listened to the principal. He hadn't known the drama club had a generator and he didn't know why they would need one when they could run off the power of the school, but he didn't comment on that. His eyes watched the principal talk and he lightly chewed his tongue before raising his hand to be called on.

"Sir, isn't there a procedure to send students home should the power be out for an extended length of time such as this current situation?" he asked as the principal nodded his way. He ignored the talking of some students. He could be a pit pushy if necessary, and he did pay attention when reading the student handbook.

"Someone pays attention," Niko whispered playfully, amused by the look that was shot his way. He hadn't expected Alex to pay attention to much, especially to something school related. Throughout their interactions it had always seemed as if Alex was in his own little world.

Christen removed his hand from Alex as he then stood up causing some students to start whispering to one another about what he was going to do. "Also Sir if the power is out for a long period of time, shouldn't you have told our parents about it? I mean it is after all in the school handbook..." the raven had said with an emotionless voice as his arms crossed over his chest. The principle nodded at him as well. "Yes that is true... But It also says that if there is a horrible storm outside like the one currently going it would be best to stay here..." he stated with a matter-of-fact kind of tone.

However this time Adrian raised his hand ignoring the students talking among themselves about why a shy guy like Adrian would want to say anything but the principle nodded in Adrian's direction. "Sir, I have read it and so every student in here and I haven't seen that in the student handbook.... So why would you say a obvious lie?" He said feeling slightly brave but the icy glare shot from the principle made him shift in a uncomfortable way.

Alex tilted his head in slight amusement as his friends stood up to challenge the principal. He hadn't expected that, but he had expected the whispers that flooded the air as the students started to realize that there was something strange going on. Good, they were thinking. He glanced up at Christen, smiling a little bit. The guy was definitely a leader.

Niko smiled and squeezed Adrian's hand. "I believe you owe us an explanation," he said with a soft smile at the principal. He didn't stand up like Christen, but he had no need to because the attention of the principal and most of the school was on the four of them.

Christen looked around the room as he saw that all eyes were on him and he sighed. It was such a pain to get this much attention but it couldn't be helped. He turned his head back at the principle who was staring at the four of them but then his eyes landed on the raven haired boy who was not backing down. He sighed and looked around at the other's who looked at the man on the stage. "Well..." the principle was about to speak until the lights were shut off causing everybody to start whispering about what was going on.

Christen growled lowly in his throat as he sat back down and crossed his arms over his chest. He was quite pissed off about the lights going out. "Oh great! Now the lights here are out too!" he groaned lowly while placing his hands over his eyes.

Adrian released a squeak as he felt somebody grab his knee ruffly. "Ouch!" the pain on his knee kept getting worse and worse.

Niko frowned slightly as he heard the sound from Adrian and he reached over to him, hand sliding along to the boy's knee where he felt the hand. Someone else was gripping Adrian and his eyes narrowed even though couldn't see who it was. He pried the hand off and grabbed Adrian quickly to push him towards Christen and Alex. He stepped back, keeping himself between the others and whatever else was there.

"Christen, your eyes would be helpful. What do you see?" he asked, not bothering to look back at them because he couldn't see anyway.

Alex jumped as the lights went out, but he about screamed when Adrian was forced over towards him and Christen. He hadn't expected it, but he caught Adrian to keep him from falling to the ground. "Heh...hi," he muttered with a slightly nervous laugh.

Christen walked over towards Niko and then he kicked the person in the stomach making the person fall back with a grunt. "Okay buddy talk! Why did you touch Adrian?" his voice held a demanding tone in it which made the guy who got kicked in the stomach look up at him as he only saw red eyes. "S...Sorry! I didn't mean to!" the guy said in a scared tone of voice. Which made Christen glare at him even more.

Adrian looked back and smiled softly at Alex. "Hi... And thanks for catching me..." he said in a soft voice but then he looked over at the other two boys who were standing if front of the two of them.

Alex smiled at Adrian before his eyes slipped up to Christen and Niko. "Quite sexy," he half-murmured to himself, his thoughts slipping out. The words were about Christen, but he hadn't clarified. He was still a bit amazed that Christen was so cool in situations like this. "Well, sounds like a boy grabbed. At least it's not a spook," he said with a nervous little laugh.

Niko sighted softly with relief when he heard the boy's scared voice and he lightly touched Christen's arm. "Leave him. He's just scared. Many people are, including your lover boy," he said. The last words were said in a light and joking tone, having no malice towards Christen.

Christen looked over at him and smirked lightly at what he had just said. "Well I should say the same thing..." he chuckled lightly as he turned away stuffing his hands in his pockets and walking over towards Alex and Adrian. "You two okay?" he asked looking between the two boys to make sure they were alright.

The redhead nodded his head while he gave Christen a soft smile which he returned but it was small. Adrian then pulled away from Alex as he the released a sigh but just then the lights came back on and a scream was heard. "Somebody call 911!" shouts were going around the room and girls were screaming as they saw the bloody body on the floor and next to the body written in the person blood was written a message.

"This is the beginning of the end...."

Alex blushed a little at Christen's words, embarrassed that he spoken the thoughts aloud. So much for keeping things like that hidden. "Yeah, I'm good," he said with a smile, letting Adrian go and standing. He blinked to let his eyes adjust as the lights came back on. He paled, stepping back quickly, legs banging the chair and he fell back over the top of it in his haste to put as much distance as he could between himself and it. The words beside it had only increased the fear and the sickness that he felt at seeing the body.

Niko managed to keep himself composed as the body was revealed though inwardly his thoughts and emotions were a jumble. He inhaled softly to calm himself down, to be able to think better. He stepped away so the proper people could attend it. His eyes slipped to Christen, seeing what he thought.

Adrian gasped as he recognized the handwriting and shivered slightly, a look of fear crossing over his face now. "B-But how can she be alive?!" he asked with an incredulous voice. It had shocked him to no end but that made Christen bend down to look at the message reading it over and over again. A thoughtful look came across his face. He had seen that saying before. But he just couldn't remember where and when. His head shifted as he noticed that the rest of the school got the lights back on.

Christen noticed how quite it sounded outside now, well that could not be a good sign. The vice principle climbed on the stage and grabbing the microphone as she pushed up her glasses. She tapped it a few times getting everybody's attention. The school nurse and some of the resource officers were taking the body out of the room. The vice principle on stage released a sigh. "Student's calm down and grab your belongings and exit the school... As of today the school will be closed until farther notice! You are all dismissed!" with that said she turned off the microphone and hopped off stage walking in the direction that the nurse and officers left.

"Because we're the lucky four," Alex said to Adrian's question as he slid back over the chair, fixing his clothes in the process. "And, at least with my family and I, probably the last one due to not having the ability to have kids," he added, only partially with laughter. He knew his own sexuality quite well and he wasn't shy about it, never had been.

Niko helped Alex off of the chair before he lightly squeezed Adrian's shoulder, watching Christen read. "We should get out of here and we can ponder this later," he said. They knew what the bodied looked like and would probably never forget it, and they knew who had written the saying now. They could figure everything else out later.

Christen nodded his head at the three boys still lost in his thoughts. "Alright... Lets get going then..." he said in a distant voice not really paying attention to anything else around him but his own thoughts and where his feet were taking him. Once the four boys got out of the room the raven walked right up to his locker, putting in his combination and opening it up with ease. He grabbed his bag out and swung it over his shoulder not saying a word.

Adrian looked at the other two boys then at Christen with a worried look crossing over his face, he then took a deep breath and walked away from the group telling them that he would be right back and that he was going to get his belongings. As soon as he got to his locker his eyes widened when he saw it wide open and ransacked. His bag was on the floor opened and his books and papers were all torn up. Nothing looked like it was missing expect for Isabella's diary.

Alex arched an eyebrow slightly at Christen's tone, but he followed along with the others, grateful to be out of the auditorium. He patiently waited at the end of the row of lockers. He already his bag. He never liked to leave it in the lockers in case something happened, and because he didn't trust other students to not mess with the locker. He twirled a strand of hair around his finger absentmindedly, humming softly.

Niko walked with Adrian to the locker and he frowned at seeing the mess. "What's missing?" he asked as he started to help clean up, glancing at Adrian to see his response.

Christen closed his locker and moved down the hall towards Alex giving him a slight smirk, he had finally broken out of his thoughts. "Were you waiting for me baby~" he purred slightly while he lifted up his right hand and placed it on Alex's right cheek smirking even more. He then pulled away and shook his head at how cute he thought the younger boy looked twirling his hair around his finger.

Adrian thanked him silently for helping with picking up his belongings, he the took the papers out of Niko's hands and placed them in his bag as a frown washed over his face when he saw that the diary was truly gone. He looked up from his crouching position on the floor gathering the rest of his papers and books up. After that he stood up with his bag and close the locker as well. "Isabella's diary... Is gone..." his voice was low and held anger in it which was unusual for the mostly sweet and kind boy. He rarely ever got angry.

Alex blushed a dark red as Christen approached him and at the touch. He let his hand drop from his hair and his eyes slid away from Christen from his embarrassment at being caused to blush at the slightest touch. The retort he had completely died with his embarrassment. Oh, this was horrible. He couldn't help but twist the strap of his book bag, unable to think of anything to say.

Niko frowned at the tone, looking at Adrian. "We'll get it back, promise," he said with a soft smile as he stood once the items were picked up. "I'll personally help with finding it."

Christen let out a laugh at the blush on Alex's face, he knew he caused it which made his pride swell even more. He then placed an arm around the boy's shoulders lightly letting his fingers graze the back of Alex's neck before resting his hand on his right shoulder. "Come on hon~ Let's go and find those other two lover birds shall we~" his voice held a flirtatious tone to it. He started to walk while having his arm around Alex's shoulder.

The redhead looked over at him and sighed softly before he nodded his head, a small smile crossing over his face replacing the frown. "Yeah... And thank you Niko." his voice was filled with a sweetness to it that it made him seem to innocent for his own good.

"Uh...yeah, we should find them. I think Adrian's locker is down the second hall," Alex said, cheeks still a little red as Christen slipped an arm around him and they started to walk. He didn't remove the arm even though he knew it wasn't socially acceptable. It felt good even though he had just met the other student.

Niko smiled softly at the tone and he gently squeezed Adrian's shoulder, not daring to do more than that. "It'll be all right," he said softly, still smiling at his new-found friend. "Promise." He rarely made promises and he always kept them. He wanted to do anything he could for Adrian, an emotion that he wasn't used to it, but one he enjoyed.

Christen nodded his head as he turned the corner and got strange looks coming from some students that were still there getting their stuff to leave for the day but he didn't care. He did however saw his two new friends and a smirk crossed over his face as he walked up to the two but stopped a few feet away to give them a few minutes alone together before he ruined a perfect moment.

Adrian blushed lightly at the slight squeeze that Niko gave to his shoulder but his smile still remained on his face. "Thank you Niko!" he said with a happy tone in his voice hugging the boy for a few minutes before he realized what he had just done. His face turned bright red as he pulled away from the boy quickly, his blue eyes looked away from him as well. He felt embarrassed for doing that.

Alex glanced up at Christen and he noticed the smirk. He lightly elbowed him. "Be good," he said softly, watching Niko and Adrian with a soft smile. It was cute, the two of them. And it was about time Niko found someone who liked him, or at least could put up with him.

Niko was a little surprised at the hug, but he softly hugged Adrian back and he smiled softly, finding the blush on Adrian's face cute. "Nothing to be embarrassed about," he said with a soft laugh, shaking his head slightly. He hadn't fully expected to like Adrian, he generally didn't like people, but something about Adrian just had sunk in and he couldn't remove the feeling.

Christen pouted playfully at him but nodded his head a smile replacing his pout. He then walked over to the two other boy's a grin crossing over his face as he dragged along Alex. "Aw how sweet! You two would make a cute couple!" he teased the two boy's finding the whole thing simply cute.

Adrian's face turned even more redder as he felt the other boy hug him back. His face looked so red that it looked like a mere reflection of his hair color. "Uh..." he didn't know what to say but hearing Christens teasing tone made him pull away from Niko once more giving the raven a glare but he was unsuccessful and it looked more like a cute pout then a glare since his face was burning red from embarrassment.

"You're an ass," Alex said with a roll of his eyes, following Christen. He hooked his arm lightly around Christen's waist because it was more comfortable since the taller boy had a hold of him still. He smiled softly at Adrian and Niko, though. They were cute together. "Ready to get out of here?"

Niko blinked at the sound of Christen's voice, and his gaze slipped to Christen. "You've no room to talk," he said with a playful smile at Christen. He was quite unembarrassed by Christen's words because a similar thought had crossed his mind before.
