I know, Nezu. I suffer from depression myself, so believe me when I say I fully understand chronic mental illness and what it does to the human mind. It certainly isn't pretty and you have very little, if any, control over it despite what other people say or think.

 

Unfortunately, people who don't understand mental illness tend to make things worse.
