Keep in mind that threads can only be deleted if they are not older than 5 days. When requesting a deletion or editing, please post the link to the thread or post in cause. In order to get the link of a post, click on the number in the top right of the post and then copy the URL from the browser's bar and paste it in here. If you are unsure if you did it right, just place here the URL of the thread and mention the number of the post. When requesting a moving, please also specify the forum where you want the thread to be moved. When requesting a merging, please post the links of both threads that need to be merged. Keep in mind that the one which was posted earlier will become the main thread, while the other one will become a post under the first thread. 1

(Post #2035) Use the report function at the lower left hand side of a post to report it. That way it should immediately come to the mods' attention. I'm doing the same with that spammer's threads.
