Since the database gets huge (I'm talking GBs), from time to time we purge PMs from banned, deleted members, as well as my old PMs, since all automatic messages are sent with my username (welcome to the forums message, card donation, forum donation etc.). So, after deletion, those deleted PMs appear like that in the Inbox. You can select them and delete them. (:

That is most probably my 'Welcome to the forums' automatic message that has been deleted meanwhile. You can safely select it and delete it.
