1. Cowboy Bebop. (Amazing graphic, amazing animation and some great jazz and blues in the background. There are many reasons why CB is in my top 3, aside those I mentioned before. The most important is probably its maturity - and I'm also talking about the characters, 'cause I freaking hate the fact that, in general, anime characters look like some highschool kids - be their age 20 or 50. A cast like no other.)
