so i downloaded the crack you uploaded separately and turned it into DMMdrc_crack.exe as you said, and there was the icon everything went smoothly but when I opened the crack it was just black screen then closes itself and I can't play anymore help (

for those who use win10 you can change the txt file of the crack in exe:

go to control panel/file expolorer options/view/ and then uncheck Hide extensions for known file types, and then rename the file to exe, worked like magic

here we go~~ (Sorry for my bad english >_

 

1. Install

Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links.

(Offline Installer)

2. Double-click on the file you downloaded (directx_Jun2010_redist.exe). Click Yes to the license agreement that displays. Click the Browse button in the dialog box asking to Please type the location where you want to place the extracted files and choose any folder. Then click OK. The DirectX installation program will now extract all of its files to this folder. Open the folder. You should see a huge number of CAB files, a few DLL files, and a dxsetup.exe file. Run dxsetup.exe---- this entire release of DirectX will be installed on your computer.

 

 

And that's it!! The notification of d3dx9_42.dll is missing is gone and you can continue to install the game!

Hello, for those that are having the problem "file wont change to .exe", its probably because you rename your file directly into .exe. This works on Windows 8 so follow this step:

 

1) Open the folder with the raw.txt

 

2) On the left bar, click view where you can find option (looks like a board with blue tick) and a pop-up will appear

 

3) On the pop-up, click view

 

4)Then UNCHECK 'Hide extension for known file type', click apply and ok.

 

And if you take a look at your file, it will appear as 'raw.exe.txt'

To change it to .exe: just delete the .txt and you icon will appear as said

I've been trying to download this game for a while now. What separates me from others trying to download the game is that I'm a MAC user. So it makes it a whole lot more difficult. (At least for me) From what I've seen from other Mac users trying to download the game is that you need to download a wineskin.
