They're some sort of fried paste (different from pancake) then they open them up, put the filling inside and ten just roll them around in sugar... It's really really good, the name is "Bolas de Berlim", in portuguese... In a rough english translation is like... Berlin Balls! xD Ahahah, sorry but berlin balls are delicious! xDDD
