Right? that food in pic is made from fragmented bean alone or added some stick rice. Sometimes, ginger is added in that slice. It's need to be fried or heated slightly before we eat. And, its smell is sort of unpleasant for some ppl. And, it's not a snack. It's sort of side dish for a meal especially for Shan People, one of the ethic groups of Myanmar.
