Name: Noel Bleu Elroy

Age: 25

Height: 5'3

Weight: 122 ilbs

Occupation: Barista

Bio: Noel is an omega, who was born from two beta parents. He moved to the States from France when he was ten. (His mother is French and his Father is Irish). He has three older brothers who were constantly getting into fist fights, which usually lead to Noel cleaning up their wounds so their parents wouldn't worry as much. He currently lives on his own, though he has a rather close relationship with his family. Noel is the only omega in his family, which makes them pretty cautious about his living alone - though he's driven to living independently.

All Noel wanted was to cash his check, though things rarely went as planned - though how was he to guess that the bank would be robbed today, or that he would be part of one of the many hostages locked inside. If Noel was being honest, he was scared - how could one not be in circumstances such as these? The man was armed and was constantly pacing the bank, though was careful to avoid the windows. "Fuck..." He would say, his hand holding onto the handgun like a lifeline. The smallest noise would cause the man to yell at the hostage group, though his lack of shooting made Noel think that maybe he just didn't have bullets - not like he wanted to test his theory at all.

"What do I do?" The robber said as sweat dripped from his forehead, his hand coming up to wipe it away anxiously. Everyone shut their mouth, afraid that if they spoke then the man would do something rash. Noel pulled a small child closer to him, his amber eyes still focused on the mans every step. The blonde didn't know the man, though the child was left alone. His mother went to grab something from her car, just as the robber was coming into the bank. Noel couldn't even imagine the fear the small child felt being completely alone, so he took it on himself to comfort the child.

The man next to him held his hand. He couldn't have been much older than him, though he could see the terror on his face. Noel was just happy that he was happy to ease a few of the hostages nerves, despite the rather horrid situation they were placed in. How long had it been? Noel gnawed at his bottom lip, wishing he could check the time or even to tell his family that he was okay. He cursed the robber for taking away his phone silently, his hands running through the quietly sobbing boy's hair.

Noel once read a statistic that eighty percent of all hostage situations survive the ordeal. He kept thinking to himself eighty percent, over and over again, his eyes continuing to scan the man and the surrounding area. Where was help? What were they waiting for? Noel immediately felt guilty over his impatient thoughts, quietly reminding himself the hostage situations must be a delicate situation to handle for the cops. Help would arrive soon... he knew it would.

Name: Griffin Morgan

Age: 32 years old

Height: 6'2"

Weight: 214lbs

Hair color: Russet brown

Eye color: Olive grey

Occupation: Police SWAT

Bio: Griffin was born and raised in the US but his Welsh-Irish parents migrated from Ireland along with his older brother who is six years older. He has a younger non-identical twin brother (by 4 minutes), a younger sister and a brood of dogs (back at his parents home). His parents are both male, alpha-omega pair. His brothers and him and also alphas while his younger sister is a beta. His family speak using a combination of Welsh, Irish Gaelic and English while Griffin is trying to pick up some Spanish words due to his line of work.

Griffin has been in the SWAT Team for four years, before that he was a uniformed police officer with the K9 unit. He likes to pick up omegas at bars when he gets the chance, a little hot-headed and cocky, but there is also kindness in him that he tries not to show too much (he likes to be seen as badass).

-------------------------------------

Griffin rode in the BearCat with his team. It wasn't rare that a SWAT team is dispatched to a scene, but it wasn't an everyday occurrence. They were all heavily geared up for the mission. Griffin had been told that it was a bank robbery with a hostage situation. At least six people were locked up inside with an armed suspect. When they arrived at the scene, the building was surrounded by black and white police cars and the police had sent out a negotiator to talk to the suspect through a loudspeaker. He was asking the robber what did he want in place of releasing the hostages unharmed. The scene had gathered a crowd and more police officers stood by to make sure no one crosses the line. A woman was distraught and was comforted by an officer. From what Griffin had heard, her child was inside. Great, the situaton just escalated from delicate to outright fragile by having a child trapped inside in a hostage situation.

Griffin walked up to his Liutenant, ready to receive his order for the mission. The older man was by the police negotiator, holding a binocular to look into the building. Thankfully, the bank had glass walls, so they were pretty much visible, but the robber had rounded his hostages deeper inside so they were out of view. "What's the situation, sir?" Griffin asked his superior. He was informed that it was a single suspect with a semi-automatic handgun. It was an advantage on their side since it was easier to manage one suspect than multiple. However, there was no way for them to take things lightly.

The plan was for them to sneak in through the back entrance. A sniper had been positioned in the building right opposite, ready to take a clear shot at the robber in case they needed to. Once his Liutenant done giving orders, Griffin returned to his team of another five men, leading them to the back door of the bank and stealthily made their way inside. As the first person inside, Griffin assessed the situation gravely. The robber was pacing back and forth at the window, but kept himself shielded , aware that he could be taken out by a sniper at any moment. He was obviously anxious. This might be a poor-planned robbery. The guy must have been desperate. Griffin hoped it won't end up bloody to day. He saw all the hostages on the floor, all looking terrified, but that was before he spotted a small blondie. He had his arms wrapped around a crying boy and a male about his size was leaning closely to him for support. The blondie looked like he was thinking -- no, more like plotting something. Griffin gave a hand signal to his teammates so they could all take positions for the ambush and that was when he caught the blondie's amber eyes.

Noel felt so helpless. By nature Noel was the type to help himself out of sticky situations, but this was something he actually needed help with. Even then though, what was there he could truly do? The robber looked at the hostages as he nervously bit his thumb. "I'm surrounded... I have to be by now... Fuck..." He said frantically, before he began to run his hand through his hair again. Noel couldn't help but wonder if the robber regretted getting hostages involved, or if this had been part of his plan all along - though he settled on never truly finding out the answer to the question all together. Noel glanced around the room again, is eyes catching the sight of a SWAT member. A shimmer of hope sparked into his stomach, though it quickly dropped when the robber began to turn away. Noel had to do something, and he had to do something quick.

"Sir," Noel said softly, making the robber turn to face his attention. The robber quickly pointed his gun at Noel, making his stomach clench with fear. The hostages gasped, though it was evident they didn't know what to do in such a situation.

"What the fuck do you want?" The man said, his voice trembling. When Noel looked closer, he noticed that his hands shook. This was a dangerous situation, but Noel couldn't do nothing!

"I... I was just wondering," Noel said as he slowly peeled away from the child, afraid that if something were to happen to him that he would be caught in the crossfire. "I... I'm... I have an idea as to what can get you out of this." Noel lied, before his eyes quickly darted to the man he made eye contact with only a moment before, before they looked back at the robber.

The robber pressed his lips in thought for a moment, his hands lowering the gun for just a moment before lifting it towards Noel. "Go on, what the fuck is it?" The robber spat out.

"Well," Noel took a deep breath, trying to calm his beating heart. "The vents. There's one right behind the couch over there," Noel lied as he pointed behind himself, at a leather couch that was pressed against a wall. It was right across from the robber, so there wouldn't be a chance for him to look behind his shoulder to see the SWAT team.

The robber thought for a second before he lowered his gun. "What then?"

"W-well..." Noel looked down for a moment, before he took off his rather overlarge tan sweater. "Take this and change into it. Wait until the coast is clear and slip away." The robber looked at the sweater before he quickly took it, and put the gun onto the floor before stepping on it. "Thank you," The robber said curtly, as he started to take off his black button up.

Griffin was just about to ambush the robber when he heard the blondie's melodious voice calling out to the him. He didn't know whether the blondie was brave or follish for engaging an armed criminal in the middle of a dangerous situation. He looked at his team and silently communicated with them, since the robber had his gun aimed at the gutsy omega. He listened to the exchanged and wondered what the blondie was planning, but when the foolish suspect took the sweater offered and started to take off his clothes, Griffin knew they had a small window of opportunity to take over the situation.

"DROP YOUR WEAPON AND PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR NOW!" Griffin commanded as the robber was putting on the sweater, eyes blinded by the piece of clothing. His team moved quickly, stayed in the formation they were trained in for the situation as they closed in on the armed man. The robber froze at Griffin's stern order and before he could think of his next move, Griffin managed to disarm him and the robber was put to the floor, his arms secured behind his back. Griffin's knee was pressed against the middle of the robber's back while he took out a pair of handcuffs to keep the man immobile. While he did that, the other guys on his team checked the perimeter to make sure that the robber had no hidden accomplices. "Suspect apprehended, all clear. All civilians will be escorted out," he said through their comm unit.

"I really didn't mean it, I'm desperate, I'm sorry..." The suspect bawled as Griffin lifted him off the floor.

Griffin passed the guy to one of his guys, needing to have a word with the blondie. He walked up to the petite omega who looked tastier now that he was out of his chunky sweater. "I don't know whether that was smart or foolish, but next time you're stuck in a robbery, you want the attention off you, not on you. You're a brave small bean, and I hate if anything happens to such a pretty one like you." He winked. His face was mostly covered by his head gear, but his eyes were visible to the little omega.

Everything happened so fast; one moment the robber was putting on his sweater, and the next he was on the ground. It was rather impressive to say the least. He watched as the robber sobbed, his heart sinking just bit. How desperate did someone have to be in order to cause a hostage situation? He looked over to the young boy, before he hugged him tightly. "Thank you..." He whispered through tears, as the man who tackled the robber announced that the area was clear. Noel just smiled softly at the boy, his hands running through his hair. "Are you okay?" He asked softly, the boy nodding as he wiped away large tear drops from his cheeks. Noel couldn't help but think that endangering himself was all worth it for this moment.

Noel noticed that the man who tackled the robber was waling towards him, so he quickly squeezed the boys arms gently. "Go find an officer who can take you to your mom," He said softly. Noel faced the man, his arms crossing as he talked to him. He couldn't help but feel a blush creep on his cheeks when he was called a small bean, though he could truly feel the blood rush to his face when he saw the man wink at him. "L-look," Noel started as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I just wanted to get everyone out, even if it compromised my safety." It was the truth. Noel just wanted everyone to be safe.

Noel looked up at the rather tall man, before he pushed his round glasses a bit higher onto the bridge of his nose. The man was obviously flirting with him, and he wasn't quite sure how to feel about it. Even Noel had to admit that the man had the balls to flirt with a hostage victim. "Though I'll keep that in mind if I'm ever in a hostage situation again," Noel half joked. If Noel was being honest, he really didn't know how to process any emotion at the moment; sure he was thankful to just be alive, but Noel could have very well died back there. The robbers fingers could have slipped, or he could have just shot him point blank the second he opened his mouth. Noel didn't regret it, but the thought seemed to creep into his mind in a string of what ifs.

The omega was so cute trying to look posturing at first by crossing his arms, but obviously he was nervous by the way he blushed and rubbing the back of his neck. Griffin knew he needed to keep his professionalism, but everyone on his team, and his Liutenant knew he was a flirt. And this little omega who had a gun pointed at him was too precious to just let go. "Not be to ungrateful or anything, but we're trained to handle these things, so please just sit still and look pretty if something like this ever happen to you again. Better yet, run or hide. Or better, better yet, maybe get yourself a cop boyfriend who could keep you safe." Griffin grinned. Everyone was leaving the bank, leaving the two of them behind. Any time now his Lieutenant would order his ass to stop flirting and get the hell back to the BearCat.

"Hey, what's your name?" He asked, sounding more serious when he noticed that the omega was deep in thought. Making an educated guess, Griffin assumed the shock finally got to him. "Loo, is the EMS outside? I think one of our civvy is going into a shock," he called out to his Liutenant using his comm unit. Without waiting from the small guy's reply, Griffin put his arms around and under him picked him up into a bridal carry. "This is why you need a cop boyfriend," he said softly to the omega in his arms, trying to take his mind off the events surrounding them. He looked like an independent, strong-willed omega, but he had just faced a barrel of a gun. Even if Griffin was jumping to conclusions, he wanted the man in his arms checked.

Holding the petite omega in his arms, Griffin strode out. The alpha caught a whiff of the omega's smell as he held him close in his arms. If he wasn't worried about the well-being of the small man, Griffin might have grown a boner right that instant. He smelled wonderful and carrying his light-weighed body in his arms was the easiest thing to do for Griffin. "I'm taking you to see the medics, okay." He whispered against the soft blond hair that covered the blondie's ear.

Noel felt lightheaded, the events finally catching up to him like a train crashing into a wall. What the policeman said afterward seemed to be just a blur of words, almost like he was talking under water. Noel looked up at the man, the only word that seemed to register was name. Was he asking for his name? "Noel," the blond answered as he tried to take a deep breath to calm himself. He had been locked inside of a bank with some scared robber for hours, and even had the gun pointed at him threateningly. It could have gone wrong, and miraculously it didn't. But Noel wasn't thinking about how lucky he was to be alive, his brain just kept swarming with gorgy scenarios.

His mind was pulled away for a moment as he was being carried, his amber brown eyes looking up at the policeman. He crinkled up his nose, realizing for the first time that he was an alpha - though he should have guessed sooner. Most of the alpha's Noel met seemed to have an unlimited amount of charm. Noel took a deep breath, as he tried to reconfigure his thoughts. He was safe now. The robber was taken away, and he was even feeling the beams of sunlight on his pale skin. He was safe.

When the alpha whispered that he was taking him to the medics, Noel didn't really know how to respond. He had had panic attacks before, though none of them had been caused by something this traumatic. There was a part of Noel that wanted to protest, though he had a sneaky feeling that the alpha wouldn't listen. "Thank you," Noel said softly, his eyes focused forward. His mind kept reeling with the thought of getting shot point blank, or even the thought of the robber shooting someone else entirely.

"I think... everything is just kind of hitting me," Noel said honestly. "I know it's your job, but thank you for saving my life."

Griffin felt the omega stir and mumbled. He managed to caught 'Noel' from him . "Noel..." Griffin tested saying the name. A pretty name for such a pretty omega. "Well Noel, my name is Griffin, and you'll be fine. Just relax and take a deep breath," He said gently. The alpha tried to calm his breathing as well, since Noel had his head close to his chest. It would help the omega to follow his breathing and stay calm. Griffin passed his Lieutenant who gave him a slight nod when he signaled at the EMS truck nearby. He also caught a few of his team members who were grinning at him knowing how big of a flirt Griffin was.

When they got to the EMS, the EMT told Griffin where to put Noel down. "You can go, we'll take over from here," said the EMT.

"Hell, no. I'm staying with him." Griffin objected. He might be interested in the omega because of the attraction, but Griffin was genuinely worried of the small bean. "He's still in shock from staring at the barrel of a gun. I think he'd feel safer if someone is here to keep him away from any threats." He reasoned. Griffin squeezed Noel's hand and smiled when he looked into the small omega's eyes. The EMT sighed, relented about him staying but told him strictly to get out of their way. They took the basic things - blood pressure, temperature, check any signs of distress as much as they could - when they found none and his vitals were confirmed to be normal, Noel was free to go.

"You had a very traumatizing day. Did you drive here? I'll escort you to your car." Griffin offered. He wasn't asking for permission because aside from his superiors and parents, he never asked for permission. "You did a very good job with the kid in there. I saw his mother before in came in. She was really worried. Seems to me you're a little hero yourself." Griffin went on as he put his arm around Noel's waist, walking away from the medics truck. "So...about the cop boyfriend thing, I'm offering if you're available. Even if you're not, I'd say you can do better with me than anyone else." Saying that, Griffin pasted his charming grin. He was a big flirt and he owned it.

Noel genuinely thought it was sweet that Griffin wanted to stay, though he couldn't help bit wonder if there was some sort of ulterior motive - though that might have been his brothers talking. His older brothers were all betas, which made them worried about every little interaction Noel had - it was part of the reason he moved away. Though he did truly love them dearly, and truly appreciated all that they did for him growing up. Their anxiousness however seemed to bleed into situations such as these. Though it did feel nice to have a semi-familiar face, despite the relentless flirting.

Noel sat quietly as the EMT's ran all of their tests, his eyes drifting across the crowd of people. He needed his phone, though he figured that it would have to be used for evidence. Did his phone insurance even cover hostage takeovers? He gave the EMT's a smile and thanked them when they said he was free to go, before he got up and fixed his glassed. When Griffin spoke, Noel looked over at the man and smiled. "My car is over by my work," Noel said. His work was right across the street from the bank, which was usually an incredibly convenient thing. He looked at the ground as he walked, his amber eyes glancing over as he spoke. When Griffin had called him a hero, he blushed softly. "I-I just couldn't leave the kid alone. I'm really not a hero..." He looked down as Griffin wrapped his arms around his waist, before he looked over at him.

The confidence in his tone made Noel's eyebrows raise just a bit. He slyly wiggled out of the mans grasp, "Thank you for the offer, though I'm going to have to decline." Noel said frankly, as he brushed a piece of his blond locks from his face. He walked into the small parking lot, that was attached to a small closed café called Cuppa Love. He leaned against an old beaten up white car, crossing his arms slightly in thought. "However, you did save my life." He looked at the café, before looking back at the Alpha. "I work at this café here, so as long as I'm there you can get a coffee and food item for free." He knew it was a small token of appreciation, but he wasn't really the type to date someone he had just met - even if they did save his life.

Griffin tsked at being turned down, but he was relentless. He was confident he could wear Noel down. "I don't usually let people buy me food or drinks, but if you insist," Griffin shrugged. At least he knew where to look for Noel. He needed to return to the police station with his team so he had to take a rain check. However, he had a day off tomorrow, and Griffin already formed a plan in mind to cash that rain check. "For today, my heroic small bean, I would bid you adieu," Griffin reached for Noel's hand and kissed his delicate knuckles. Griffin looked up at the bespectacled omega and winked again, telling him that the alpha in him would never give up.

Griffin gave a small salute and strode back to the direction of the bank. He guessed that his Lieutenant and the rest of his teammates had had enough of his quirks today. As he climbed into the back of the BearCat, some of his guys whistled and catcalled him. "Only a few minutes in and you already called dibs on the cutest omega around," said one of the other SWAT guy.

"Well, I saw him first. And you dickheads stay away from him." He warmed good-naturedly. His team of seven guys including him are all alphas, where only two are married. They often hang out together outside of work and knew that Griffin was an omegas' man. Though this time, Griffin had a feeling that Noel wasn't like other omegas. The cute blondie was shy, but he didn't have any problem to say no to Griffin.

The BearCat took them back to the police station where they were debriefed of the mission and continued with their daily duties. When Griffin got home that night, he kept thinking about Noel, and what to do when he walk into the cafe tomorrow morning.

Noel watched as the alpha kissed his knuckles and couldn't help but shake his head with a smile. This man was truly relentless. "Stay safe out there," Noel called out, before he opened his car door and sat inside. He watched as Griffin walked away, before he pressed his head against his steering wheel. He closed his eyes and took long deep breaths. Today had been tiring, and he honestly couldn't wait to curl into his bed and sleep. After a few minutes, Noel turned on his car and clicked shuffle on one of his playlists, before he drove out of the parking lot.

Noel was home within a few minutes. He locked the door to his small studio as he walked inside, before he immediately grabbed his laptop and sat down at the small desk next to his bed. Logging into his social media, he clicked on the small video camera next to his mothers name. It only rang for a split second, before she answered in a panic. "Noel! Oh thank the heavens your safe!" She said in her thick French accent, her thin fingers brushing through her greying black hair. She turned her head, "Hey, Noel est en sécurité!" A choir of voices sounded, before his family all tried to fit into the screen.

"Noel! We were so worried about you!" His eldest brother Louis said, as he ran his hands through his thick head of black hair. "We-"

"We were just about to head over to the bank ourselves!" His third oldest brother Finnian interrupted, causing Louis to give him a sour look. Noel felt his heart warm up, as he rested his head against his hand. His family lived in the next town over, only living about forty minutes out. Noel made the drive often.

"Are you okay?" His father asked as he leaned into the camera. "Did the robber hurt you at all?" Noel thought about how the man pointed the gun at him, but decided to keep quite,

"No, I'm alright. He mainly just paced around the building anxiously." Noel said, his lips pressing together for a second. "But the SWAT team came in and completely saved the day. It was kind of bad ass."

His second brother Victor tried to jimmy his way through his brothers in order to see the screen a bit better. "We're happy you're okay. We've been worried sick." He fixed his glasses, his hazel eyes scanning his younger brothers face. "I'm going to come visit tomorrow to check on you. I'll be there around five." Victor offered his brother a smile, Noel returning it almost immediately.

The day had been slow, though Noel didn't mind it. His manager asked if he wanted to take the day off, though Noel turned her down - he liked being busy. Besides, he was expecting Griffin to come in, and didn't want to go back on his word. Noel was wiping down the oak tables, his mind still reeling over everything that happened the day before.

Griffin exited the florist with spring in his step. He took a good sniff of the bouquet he had in his hands, the flowers carefully selected with Noel in mind. He chose all the petite blossoms, 'cute as a button' he told the florist as she arranged the colorful bunch. He decided he'd walk to the cafe, since it was only a couple of blocks away. He can't wait to see the blond omega and talk to him again today. He even dressed up a little - nothing much, just a pair of very good fitting jeans, a grey henley that showed all his muscles, but not too tight that he couldn't breathe and topped the look with a leather motorcycle jacket. His hair was effortlessly styled. It was longer at the top and trimmed on the sides. It was considered short, but just enough to grip on if Noel was the type to do that.

The bell on the cafe door chimed when Griffin pushed it open and instantly, Griffin caught the side of his petite blondie wiping one of the tables in the cafe. Since when was Noel my blondie? Well, since I laid my eyes on him. The alpha decided. He walked straight up to the small omega with his megawatt smile. "Hello there, my brave little omega. How are you today?" He asked as he stood close to Noel. "Do you think you could take a break and join me?" He asked outright not wanting to waste any time. "And I got you some flowers. I hope you like them."

Griffin noticed the few people that was in the cafe was looking at him, and he knew he came on strong, but most alphas do. As long as Noel doesn't reject him outright, he won't back down. He hardly ever been rejected before and if he played his card right, Noel would give in as well. He hoped Noel would because Griffin really liked him.

Noel hardly even realized the chime of the door, until his coworker greeted the customer. He turned slightly to welcome the customer, and was faced with Griffin. He looked rather nice, and was rather surprised at the muscle on the other. He couldn't see anything under the SWAT uniform, so it was a little refreshing seeing the man who saved his life in civilian clothes. Amber brown eyes darted towards the bouquet, before they looked up at Griffin. When he was asked if he could take a break, Noel looked at his manager for approval. She looked at Griffin with wide eyes, before she looked at the clock on the wall. "It's your lunch anyways. I'll see you in thirty minutes." She said before giving Noel a smirk, and walking into the back room.

Noel gently grabbed the bouquet from Griffin's hands, before he looked up at the taller alpha. He had never received flowers before, and was rather touched. "Let's talk outside," Noel said softly, before he walked out the doors and sat down at one of the tables next to the window. He tucked a strand of hair behind his ear, before he smelled the bouquet. "Thank you," he said softly, amber eyes looking up at Griffin before falling back down. "I love them," Noel said honestly.

After a second of silence, Noel looked back at Griffin. "Is there anything I can get you; coffee, tea, food?" Noel asked, as he rolled up his rather large white knitted sweater's sleeves up, so they wouldn't get in the way as much.

Griffin took the seat opposite of Noel, crossing his long leg one on top of the other. Watching Noel smelling the flowers made him happy, because the omega appreciated the bouquet he chose for him. "Actually, yes," Griffin grinned when Noel offered to get him something. "Can I get you to agree on a date with me? " He reached for Noel's hand and gently stroke his fingers. "A dinner is most preferred. I'll pick you up and we go somewhere to eat," Maybe I can eat you afterward.. "Take a little walk and send you home. How does that sound?"

His twin Graeme would call him impulsive, but there was nothing impulsive about asking Noel out on a date. To be honest, Griffin hadn't been dating anyone in two years. He'd gone out on dates, yes, but not seriously seeing anybody. Before Noel could open his mouth, probably to turn him down, Griffin stopped him with a finger. "Nuh-uh, just think about it before you answer. And while you do that, I don't mind a cup of coffee. Black. And since its your lunch break, please bring something for yourself to eat. Although you're cute the way you are, I don't mind you putting on a little bit of weight." He remembered from when he was carrying Noel the day before and the omega was really light. He wondered if Noel was the type who count his calories. Griffin hoped not.

Noel looked at Griffin wide eyed as he asked him out on another date, his eyes looking down at his fingers as the alpha began to stroke them. This man was truly relentless. While a dinner did sound nice, there was no way he could accept the offer. He went to open his mouth, but was quickly cut off by the alpha with his finger, before he frowned just a bit. Why was this man so set on him? Noel thought himself to be a fairly average man; there was really nothing to write home about, and he didn't feel like he had any distinguishing features. "Black coffee, got it." Noel said softly as he got up and walked back into the café.

"So, who is that hottie?" His manager Stephanie asked, as she stocked the paper cups. Noel walked behind the bar, shrugging slightly as he grabbed a large cup, and poured Griffin's coffee. "I really don't know him well. He did save me from the robbery yesterday though," Noel said nonchalantly as he put a lid on the cup.

Stephanie's jaw dropped, "He saved you? That's something out of a romantic movie!"

Noel rolled his eyes, as he grabbed a bagel and cut it in half and littered it with cheese and salami, before putting it into a small oven. "Don't get too excited, nothing's going to happen. I don't date alphas." The second the oven beeped, Noel took the bagel out and placed it on a plate.

"He literally bought you flowers," Stephanie said as she leaned against the counter.

"And saved your life," chimed his coworker Alyssa, as she crossed her arms. "He's a catch."

Noel smiled and rolled his eyes, "ah, but you know what's better? Not living up to expectations." Noel said as he grabbed the food and coffee, and went to leave.

"At least hang out with the guy!" Stephanie said. "He's like a puppy."

Noel shook his head with a smile, and walked back outside. He placed the coffee in front of Griffin before he sat down with his food. He looked at Griffin, "The answer is still no." Noel said bluntly, before he looked at his rather anxious coworkers through the window. With a sigh he looked at Griffin again, "However, I will have dinner with you. Not as a date, but as acquaintances. You don't have to pick me up, or dress up, or anything of the sort. Keep it casual." Noel said before he leaned back, and took a bite of his bagel.

Griffin watched Noel work behind the counter through the glass that separated the interior of the coffee shop with the exterior. He saw the two girls approaching the omega, probably quizzing him about who Griffin was. He wondered what was Noel's answer to that. While waiting, Griffin's phone rang and he picked it up without looking, knowing it was his twin based on the ringtone he set for it. "Hello, brother mine, how can I annoy you today?" Griffin answered in his normal, cheerful tone when talking to his siblings.

"You already did," came Graeme's reply. "I just got off phone with tad, he saw the news last night about the robbery. Why does he complains to me when you're the one rushing in with guns and throttle bad guys to the ground? I wasn't the one with the bad career choice." The younger Morgan grumbled. Although they were twins, Graeme and Griffin hardly shared the same interest, the younger of the two opted for a profession in the medical field.

"Because, dumbass, when I get hurt, you're the one who will fix me up. Tad is just being tad. I bet he'll be happy when I tell him I met this cute little omega. He was one of the hostages," Griffin told his twin. Their omega father was always worried that no one was taking a good of him, especially with his dangerous profession. Not that he was being easy on Graeme, but at least Graeme hardly had weapons aimed at him. So, meeting an omega might lessen their tad's concerns a little, because omegas were the hearth to the alphas, just like their tad was to their da.

"What? Is that even allowed?" Graeme yelled through the phone.

Griffin had to pull away for a few seconds. "He's no longer a hostage today, idjit. But he's something else, I tell you. But don't tell tad yet. I'm trying to get him to go out on a date with me."

"Tad's gonna call you anyway. I just called to let you know before he guilt trip you with his tears. Take care, Griff."

"Thanks, bud." Griffin managed to let out before Graeme hang up. Before his omega father call, he needed Noel to say yes.

When Noel come back and rejected the idea of going out on a date, Griffin was a bit let down. But when he said he would still hang out instead, Griffin lit up like the sun. He could work with casual, and slowly he would turn that into a real date. "Tonight then. Are you free?" He asked immediately. There was no way he was going to wait long in case Noel changed his mind. "There's this place that served good food. Is there anything you don't eat?" Since Noel didn't seem like the chatty type, Griffin had no problem steering the conversation.

Seeing how excited Griffin got, Noel couldn't help but smile as he thought about what Stephanie said. He is like a puppy, Noel thought to himself with quite the amusement. When Griffin asked him if he was free tonight, Noel immediately thought about his brother. Victor shouldn't be staying long, he was a fairly busy man after all. Noel shook his head as he swallowed his food, "I'm free tonight." Griffin seemed awfully excited for a man simply hanging out with a man he barely knew, though it was rather cute if Noel was being honest. He wasn't interested in the alpha, or really any alpha to be exact - though it was flattering that the man liked him so much.

"I'll literally eat anything you give me," Noel said honestly as he tucked a piece of hair behind his ears. "Though I am allergic to seafood, unfortunately." Noel learned the hard way on that one unfortunately. His family went out to sushi, and before Noel knew it his throat had began to close up. It was a terrifying experience that Noel didn't want to repeat again, though he didn't feel like the man would put him in harms way.

Noel looked at Griffin, his eyes scanning his face. He really was handsome, though the omega never met an unattractive alpha before. Omega's were usually inherently beautiful themselves, though Noel really never saw it in himself. He thought he was too thin, but his metabolism had been against him since day one so gaining weight was hard. He thought he had rather plain features, and was rather self conscious over the two beauty marks under his eye and lip. Griffin on the other hand was rather handsome and could probably get any omega he wanted, yet here he was chasing after Noel.

Noel looked at the man, before he grabbed his phone from his pocket and handed it over to him. "Put you number in my phone. Text me the location, and I'll meet you there. I should be free around seven, if that works for you."

Griffin wondered what was Noel thinking when he looked at him. Sure, he was good looking, Griffin had had no problems getting anyone if he relied on his looks, but to be honest, there was no substance in appearance other than for esthetics. That was how alphas and omegas were built. They were  usually charming and have a commanding presence -for the alphas- while the omegas are more nurturing and gentle. The opposites attract. Like his da and tad. His parents seemed to have nothing in common at all, but knowing them all of his life, Griffin understood how they complemented each other. And while he didn’t know anything about Noel yet, Griffin found that he was drawn to the omega’s presence. Something happened the day before that left an everlasting impression to him. Of course, Noel’s looks also contributed to some of his ‘obsession’, but there were more to the omega than meets the eye.

”My sister is allergic to some dairy products,” Griffin said, not wanting Noel to feel bad about his allergy. “So my tad, my omega father, learned recipes that she could tolerate.   We mostly eat at home growing up, but if we go out, my da and tad always double check the places.” His parents were more laissez faire when it was just him and his brothers, but when his sister was born, they were more cautious especially since she’s the only non-alpha, and his tad had some problems during the pregnancy.

Griffin took Noel’s phone from him and added his number in. He then sent a text from Noel’s phone to his so he would have the omega’s number in return. “Noel…that’s French for Christmas, right?” Griffin asked as he returned the phone to its owner. “Were you born on Christmas?” Although he knew that wasn’t normally the case but he wanted Noel to keep talking. They had thirty minutes together and Griffin planned to use every single minute of it. “My da chose my name. Spent days looking for names that suit alphas and worse, he needed to look for two because I have a twin.” Griffin chuckled. “But tad named Graeme, so I got the Irish name, Graeme got the English one. Although, we say his name in three different languages depending on our mood.” Griffin took a sip of his hot coffee as he looked at Noel eating his lunch. He wanted to ask about the omega’s family but maybe he should save some for tonight.

It caught Noel off guard when Griffin said that he had an omega father. His eyes widened just a bit, as he took a bite of his food again. He smiled, the fact his parents would double check on restaurants to see if they could tailor to his sisters allergies. His family all did the same thing. They wouldn't even go to restaurants that served fish, just in case there was any sort of cross contamination. Though it did make Noel feel a bit better about his allergy. It seemed to annoy his friends when they decided to go out to eat, but Noel lived by being safe rather than sorry.

He watched as he put in his number, his eyes flashing up as he asked him about his name. He grabbed his phone, a small smile on his lips. "I'm born three days after Christmas, though my due date happened to be on the holiday itself." He answered as he pushed his phone aside. He listened to Griffin talk about his name, and was rather surprised to hear that he was a twin. His hand instinctually grabbed his stomach, the thought of carrying twins making his body churn. Pregnancy was already difficult for omegas, so he couldn't even fathom how difficult it might have been for Griffin's father.

"You have a twin?" Noel asked as Griffin took a sip of his coffee. He leaned forward, "What are the other names you call him by?" Noel was genuinely curious at this point.

Griffin smiled that Noel inadvertently disclosed his birthday. He saved Noel's contact number in his phone, not forgetting to put Noel's birthdate in there as well. "That means when I get you a Christmas present, I need to get you a birthday present as well," said Griffin, already planning ahead of time. "I'm not trying to assume, but are you French? I know there are many non-French people with same name as yours but I thought I heard a tiny bit or accent," Griffin had almost non-existent proficiency in French other than to ask about time and greetings, but he thought Noel had a very subtle accent when he said certain word, or it could probably him overthinking things. "As you can probably can tell, I'm both Welsh and Irish. My eldest brother is fluent, but that's because he was born and raised there until he was six. I was born here, so I only picked up what we use at home. Oh, and when we go back to visit our grandparents."

"Graeme and I are non-identical. We're four minutes apart, and I'm the older one," he confirmed Noel's question. "The English pronunciation should be Graham, but in Welsh we call him Grai-mae, in Irish its Greachán. So depending on our mood, he could be all three. But he could also be dumbass, asshole and whatever you like to call him." Griffin grinned at the topic of his twin brother. "He's a surgeon, but I think he'd make a good psychiatrist because he likes to psycho-analyze me. He's abusing our twin-telepathy," Griffin could go on and on about his twin, or his family in general but he wanted to know more about Noel as well.

"Do you have any brothers or sisters? My tad would like to have more, but after a hard time with my sister, da didn't want to put him at risk. Tad is quite small, like you, maybe a few inches taller, but we're big babies, so no more kids for my parents." Griffin was ten when his sister was born, his tad had a couple of miscarriages before that, therefore the big age gap. He knew how pregnancy was harder on omegas than on women, so it wasn't fair to make them bore so many children if it risk their life. Griffin would like kids of his own in the future, but he wasn't going to talk about it now. Not all omegas want children, and if he happen to fall for one who doesn't want kids, he'd just have to live with it.

Noel couldn't help but smile when Griffin asked if he was French. He nodded, "Oui." He said with a bit of a smile, his fingers rubbing the back of his neck slightly. "I was born there actually - not in Paris though. I actually lived in a rather small town called Eguisheim. I moved here when I was ten. Though my father is actually Irish." He used to have a thick accent, but over time it slowly started to fade away - though it seemed to thicken when he got excited or even angry. He had always been a little sad that he only had a small bit of it left, but he didn't dwell on it.

He found it rather entertaining as Griffin went down the lists of names his twin Graeme would receive, finding that being called dumbass and asshole to be a rather typical thing  amongst brothers. Noel's brothers always seemed to talk to each other like that, though for whatever reason they never called him profane names. His brothers always liked to treat Noel like he was a fragile flower though, and this seemed to carry on into adulthood. Noel hated when people treated him like some expensive piece of a thousand year old china. He found himself to be a rather capable man.

The question about his family made Noel smile as he rubbed his neck. He listened to Griffin talk about his sister. He couldn't help but feel like his parents loved each other very much, though he kept quite about his assumptions. "I have three older brothers; Finnian, Victor, and Louis. Louis is the oldest, Finnian is the youngest, and Victor is the second oldest." Noel smiled as he brushed his hair behind his ear. "They're... a rowdy bunch; rather overprotective and a bit overbearing - though I love them all the same."

Noel looked up at Griffin through his thick eyelashes, "what's your sisters name?"

"Ooh! I never met anyone who can speak French before," Griffin chuckled. "Your father and my da would get along well, since they're both Irish," Griffin commented. "Though da would do everything the Irish way. Not sure if your dad could keep up with him. Da's a proud Irish," Griffin commented. "It's a common thing in our home to see tad and da disagree on things, but tad normally gets his way because da's a sucker for him. Thirty-nine years together and they're still very much in love. Tad was fifteen and da was seventeen when they got my eldest brother. Nothing much to do in the countryside, I guess." Griffin joked. His parents were married when they were very young, but his alpha father worked hard to provide for their family and for his omega.

Griffin understood overbearing family. His big brother was like that, but since Griffin and his twin were both alphas, they got away with a lot of things. Their baby sister on the other hand was being over-protected. Having three older brothers must have been very tiring for the youngest member of the family. "I have to admit that I'm guilty of overprotecting my baby sister," Griffin remarked. "So I understand how your brothers might feel about you. And seems to me you always get caught in risky business." He reminded Noel of the hostage situation he was in the day before.

"My sister's name is Deirdre. She's twenty-two this year." Griffin studied Noel appearance and wondered how old he was as well. "How old are you, Noel? You don't look that much older from Deirdre." He didn't want to speculate since Noel's petite frame could contribute to his youthful look. "You're...legal, right?" He asked hesitantly. Griffin was thirty-two this year, so he hoped that Noel was somewhere in his twenties or older. Graeme would have a field day if he finds out that Griffin was hitting on a minor.

Thirty-Nine years, Noel thought to himself in awe. His parents had been together for thirty-six years, having his oldest brother almost a year after they had married. Noel was always fascinated by people who could tolerate each others presence for so long. Most of Noel's partners in the past ended up breaking up with him for being too nice - whatever that meant. Though if he was being honest, they ended up being rather ill natured late in the relationship, so it had always bee for the best. What surprised him the most however, was just how young his parents were to begin with. Noel was in his twenties, and he couldn't even stomach the thought of having children.

Noel smiled when he mentioned the robbery, and rubbed the back of his neck embarrassingly. "What can I say? I have a thirst for danger, I suppose." Noel was joking of course. He just seemed to have a big mouth and the need to protect others, which usually got him in to trouble. The question about his age made Noel smile and nodded, "I am. I'm twenty-five," Noel said. "Though people usually assume I'm younger than I am; I still get carded, though I suppose that's normal for any twenty-five year old."

Noel looked at the time on his phone for a second. He had ten minutes left. "You mentioned that you have an older brother as well. What's his name?"

"Can't fault you for liking dangerous things. It's what got me into the police force in the first place. That and I'm good with commanding dogs. We have a brood of them at my parents home," Griffin smiled even though he knew Noel wasn't being serious about being involved in dangerous situation. His childhood home was a farmhouse. His father breed dogs and train them for special use. Some of them ended up in the K9 unit, which was why Griffin joined the unit when he became an officer. Normally the police force uses dogs trained in Germany, but sometimes a few from his da's brood made their way there too.

Griffin forgot that he hadn't mentioned his older brother's name until Noel's question. "Dillon," he said plainly. "You see, da's name is Donal and tad's name is Glynn, so we're all either Ds or Gs. I don't know why they're such a stickler for that, but I'm assuming there were a lot of bickering when naming us kids. They did so when Deidre was born." Griffin didn't mind disclosing his family's story to Noel, because that meant he was interested. And interesting Noel was what Griffin hoped to do. "If you ever have a kid, will you give them a French name?" Griffin asked. He thought for a split second then added, "not necessarily a kid, maybe a dog. Will you name your dog something french? Like...Baguette?" He tried thinking of other French names that might suited animals, but found none floating in his head. "Do you even like dogs?"

Noel was actually starting to warm up to the man. He seemed interesting, and that there was a bit more than met the eye with Griffin. He tried to picture living in a house with a bunch of dogs, and it sounded like absolute heaven. Noel didn't have a dog growing up, which always made him want one - but his mother's allergic, and his current apartment didn't allow any animals. It had always been a small dream of his to adopt an older dog, and go on small adventures with them - though that seemed a bit embarrassing to say out loud. Though he was looking to move soon-ish, and hoped to snag a fairly affordable apartment that allowed animals. If he was being honest, it was a little lonely coming home to nothing at times.

It fascinated Noel how Griffin's parents had a theme for their names. His parents didn't have any theme while they were naming any of his siblings. They seemed to be random things that fit at the time - though Louis was named after the character in Interview With A Vampire, and Noel was named because of his due date. Victor and Finnian however, were just random names they found in baby books that they liked.

The question about possible names for children made his face flush red, before he looked down. Would it be embarrassing to admit that he had thought of names? Who doesn't after all? "U-um... I guess I've always liked the name Monet - it can work for any gender, and I guess it's pretty cool." Noel admitted as he rubbed his neck embarrassingly. "A-and it works for pets too, so it's a pretty versatile name." He thought it was rather adorable that the first French name Griffin could think of was Baguette - though it was a brilliant name for a dog.

He gave a small smile when he was asked if he liked dogs, before he nodded just a bit. "I love them," Noel admitted. "My mom is incredibly allergic, so I never really had one growing up - though I plan on getting one in the future." Noel figured it was safe just to keep his dog owning fantasy at that. "Do you have any dogs of your own?"
