Warm Bodies (Kittypanda & Xianghua)

[Xianghua]

R nervously approached the two. "Hi," he grunted at the Colonel, not sure what else to say.

Justin's father's eyes widened when he saw the zombie by his son, his first reaction was to reach for his gun after he pulled his son away from R. "What the hell is the matter with you Justin! Bringing a... a zombie here!" Before Justin could speak his father already had his gun out and pointed it right a R.

 

"And as for you... You stay away from my son! If you so much as touch him I will shoot you!" He said glaring heatedly at the zombie. "Dad stop! He's different from the others!" His father wasn't listening to what his son was saying.

 

"He's a monster Justin!"

"No he's not! Please put your gun down! I'm telling you he's different!" He shouted at his father who just cocked his gun and narrowed his eyes at him.

"Different? Ha yeah right!" The Colonel said never having his eyes leave R for a moment.

[Xianghua]

R just blinked, looking at the gun. He looked over and Justin.

Justin glared at his father, his mouth opened to say something else but closed when he saw Nora take out her own gun. His father was unaware of it. Well that was until he felt the gun barrel touch the side of his head, Justin's father looked shocked at what was happening.

 

"Nora!" He said in a shock tone of voice, he was shocked that the girl would do that. The girl looked over at R, "Take Justin and get out of here!" Her voice was low and not it's happy go lucky tone either.

[Xianghua]

R blinked, then grabbed Justin's hand and ran, until they came across a group of zombies. A man, probably in his 40's, approached the. "Change," he grunted to R. R looked at Justin and smiled, still holding his hand.

Justin looked surprised at how many zombies he seen but what was strange was that none of them were attacking him, however when he heard the other zombie speak to R and said the word "Change", made him smile brightly. He looked over at R and saw him looking at him with a smile, he couldn't help but smile back. He noticed that the others hand wasn't as cold as it was before.

[Xianghua]

A group of bonies could be see running closer. "Go," M said to R, who nodded. R ran, pulling Justin behind him, through the airport, up many sets of stairs, until they were cornered. He looked at the bonies, then at Justin, then at the window. A six foot deep pool sat 100 feet below. He kicked the glass, opening the window, the jumped out the window, bringing Justin with him, and hugging him to his chest, falling backwards. They were submerged underwater, Justin was safe, but a large cracking sound came from underwater as R's body hit the concrete.

Everything happened so fast, but felt the water impact on his body. He heard the cracking noise and got rather worried, he helped R swim up to the surface of the pool. He started to cough lightly due to some of the water getting inside of his mouth. He looked at R with a soft smile on his face, Justin then looked up and saw how big of a jump that was. A 1oo foot drop. A soft laugh escaped from his mouth before he looked back at the other male. His black hair was sticking to his forehead and neck due to the water.

[Xianghua]

R smiled, his skin slowly returning from the pain, veiny colour, to it's usually light glow. His eyes went from milky white to a deep blue, and his lips from lavender to pink.

Justin gasped softly as he watched with a shocked look on his face, he then shyly lifted his hand up from out of the water and touched R's cheek. "How did this happen?" He asked in a low tone of voice still quite shocked at what he had just seen, he must admit he was very arractive which made him blush slightly.

[Xianghua]

R smiled and shrugged, wrapping his arms around Justin.

 

(In the movie, Julie's dad shoots R, and he feels the pain and his blood fills the pool, and since zombies can't bleed, they realized that he was human again, and Julie's dad drives him to a military medical tent.)

Justin's blush deepened when he felt R wrap his arms around him, for some reason he wrapped his arms around his neck and moved closer to him before he gave him a small but soft kiss on the lips. Part of him wanted to do that and yet another part of him was happy that he was alive along with R.

[Xianghua]

R returned the kiss, gently biting the other's lower lip.

Justin could help but to let out a very small groan when he felt R gently biting his bottom lip, he ran his fingers through R's wet hair. He kind of wanted to deepen the kiss but he wasn't sure if the other male would be okay with that. On top of that he took the chance of kissing him. He was not expecting him to kiss him back.

[Xianghua]

R moved his tongue further into the other's mouth, when he felt a bullet penetrate his chest. He pulled back, as the water turned red. Though it hurt like hell, he smiled at the site of the blood, meaning he was human again.

Justin heard the gun shot and pulled back as well and to his horror he saw blood in the water... Wait... Blood? He looked and saw that R was bleeding! But how? He shook his head and helped him get out of the pool with the help of his father... Wait! What was he doing here?

 

"Justin! My god I... I thought he was..." He shook his head and helped R move towards his car. Justin helped R get into the car and puts pressure on his wound as his father drove him to a military medical base tent. It didn't take to long for them to get there but they did have doctors come over quickly to help R.

[Xianghua]

R smiled at Justin, as the nurses and doctors brought him to a room to operate. About 45 minutes later, he walked out, the bullet had been pulled out and his chest stitched. He walked towards Justin and wrapped his arms around the other's waist, kissing his forehead. "I have a heartbeat," he said softly.

Justin's blue eyes widened when he heard him say that he had a heartbeat, but he couldn't help but smile softly up at him and wrapped his arms around him giving him a hug. He then pulled back slightly to look up at him. "And you feel warmer too instead of cold..." He said but his smile dropped slightly when he heard his father speak up. "Uh... Sorry for shooting you... I thought your were attacking my son..." The older man said as he rubbed the back of his neck.

[Xianghua]

"It's fine," R said to Justin's dad. "You're a good father." He smiled.

[kittypanda]

Justin's dad smiled softly at him as well and coughed to clear his throat, "Well... Then um... Do you have a place to stay?" He asked R with a raised eyebrow. Justin looked over at his father with a confused look crossing over his face, why was his father asking if R had a place to stay?

[Xianghua]

"It's fine, I have a place," R said, referring to the unused airplane, not wanting to bother the two. "Kind of..." he mumbled.

The older man shook his head at that, "Oh I see... And what do you mean kind of?" He asked with a raised eyebrow. Justin was watching the two men talk. He wanted to tell his father where R lives but decided against it since he didn't want to seem pushy.

[Xianghua]

"Kind of, as in, it's not really a building, per se?" R said. "But I'm fine. I'll be fine." He smiled.

[kittypanda]

Justin's father shook his head not believing what he was hearing, "Nonsense! You wouldn't be any trouble at all! Plus our place is large enough so it would be no trouble!" His father said in a light tone of voice. Justin sighed and felt his father pull him over towards him and placed his arm aroun his son's shoulder. "Besides I'm sure Justin wouldn't mind..." Well that made Justin look at him with a look that was unreadable.

[Xianghua]

"If you're sure..." R said.
