Sensei announced on twitter at 25 March and also the volume 6 manga wrap around jacket confirms that manga is getting an anime adaptation. It is different from 6 lovers, this is an anime just for ten count only!
Synopsis:

I'm hoping they'll cover the whole anime series (including the hanky-pankies *fudanshi grin*). I'll wait for the release for as long as they want us to T_T. daisuki~

XD A good question. From the source it states only 'anime' sadly. I wonder if someone knows which company/studio will be in head of the adaptation? '__' I want to make sure it will be someone who won't eff it up.
