I noticed the website was down and I restarted the server. The minutes when the site was down were until the server restarted. Besides, I do have a system that notifies me by email each time when the site is down and I act as soon as possible to fix the issue.

 

However, no one is a machine, it might happen for me to be out or sleeping or something when the site is down, I can't possibly be 24/7 online.
