Laptop died these days too... so now i'm kinda divided between, husbands pc, his work laptop or the pc at work...

But my stuff... dude, i can't even remember it since i have bad dreams about the stuff i probably lost.

Still not sure if the hard drive is the one that blew up, but i would bet my chances on the motherboard. Poor fellow was ancient... xDDDD

So hopefully hard drive will be ok and my stuff too... :Red_fox4:

There, there, Bel-san. I guess we're kindred spirits? Haha. My five year-old laptop died and the ridiculous part of it was that the main problem was with my backup drive. I flipped when I learned about it. I could save that 250 GB worth of well-organized files. The feeling was worse than when my pet goldfish died. Laptop's motherboard went wonky three years ago, that's why I shifted to Linux insteaad of Windows.

I'm hoping you'll still be able to recover the files from your drive.

I'm sleepy, too. I slept at 6 AM and if not for the sudden loss of Wi-Fi, I wouldn't have and now... Hmm. Let's see... Hope Nezumi-san won't mind... *checks Nezumi-san's coffee maker and it's empty*
