So I've seen this recently and I was wondering, are all the wonderful penises actually made by the hand of fierce fans?

How does this work and isn't there another way to do things?

 

Naively I've always thought there was a way to remove the censorship Σ（・□・；）

Also, does someone know if 100% of the manga/doujin are censored? And why in yaoi they hide everything while in hentai it's just a lil black strip (つД`)ノ
