Here is the screenshot: When, I checked there's no new visitor messages or PMs. But the notification is still there. It's not urgent but I hope it will get back to normal so that I can check real-time PMs or VMs. Thanks in advance, guys!

I have the exact same problem... also visitor message after some one deleted a message after they noticed they sent it a second time.

Please try to refresh YO and see if it still occurs. If it does, please log out, clear cookies, then log back in and tell me if the issue is still there. (:

Please check now, as I have manually edited the unread VM count table in the database for the two of you. It seems those deleted messages made the counter get stuck.
