What are the other things you do when you're upset or bored?

When I'm upset I turn the music up really loud in my car and screams like shit till I feel better then I go out and get some ice cream sour throat). I'm very optimistic so getting me upset is really really hard, only something very upsetting would get me upset lol . Also taking long cold showers helps. And when I'm bored I do fun stuff.

If I let something get under my skin to really upset me then to calm down (if I am able to) I smoke, something about nicotine calms me down. If I actually catch myself bored I have a "plenty of things still left to do list" to take a look at and find something to do on that list....lol

Well when I am upset...

I stay in my room doing nothing... or sleep... --;

When I am bored... that is impossible in our house...

With my nieces and a nephew around... there isn't any time for bored... --;;;

But, I you ask for my hobby...

I love to make... any thing with my hand...

Jewllery or use old cloths to make bags or reform and make other cloth...

art and craft... on reused item...

reading and writting, some time simple line drowing or draw some desigh...

taking pictures, cooking, collecting(any things... ^^ and so on and on...

I have to many hobby... it's hard to tell everything... --;

I just do any thing that I can do at that time...

Also, some time willing to learn new things...

But, not a sports... --;

I just not good at it... --;

I cry when I am upset then go watch something funny leaf1 if that dose not work I go for a long walk with my ipod.

when I'm upset, usually I'll cry while locked up in my closet. And sometimes I'll fall asleep in there too.

and when I'm bored, I'll just sleep. after I woke up, there's always things to do ^^ It's like, refreshing my body and mind.

and of course, my hobby is writing poems

I cant understand why, oh why peopel uses their phones... como'n the battery Life is doomed if u play Music.

Well im proud to say that my mp3 player is rocking hard for at least 56 h.

 

 

I do miss my iAudio ._. 64h plus, its no longer in production nor can be found anywhere.

 

 

Oh and if i am upset, I drink tea or hot coco ( have you ever seen an angry person drinking hot coco...ahA, didnt Think so.)

 

And if i am bored....i play games or draw.

Yeah I agree that mp3 players are awesome but truth is I use my phone too. This is because it's easier to download music to it and listen than to waste time connecting my mp3 player to my laptop. But I have more sings on my player so when I get bored of my phone I use that! Lol

I think the same as you, crying sometimes makes me feel better ^^

 

When I get too bored, sometimes I like to read my favourite books in a bubble bath or even go to sleep, have an afternoon nap! Lol

I'm browsing forums or colouring. I have a few colouring books for adults, they are relaxing and keep my mind occupied.

I also like reading random short stories or doodling, making origami or crepe paper flowers.

Also coloring books are great, I’ve got a few too, and it’s really relaxing
