Vidar nodded and smiled at his son. "We'll wait till your older to try it okay?" he said with a nod. He figured that would put Hem off for a while instead of just telling him no. And who knew if Hem might need to eat more protein the Honey needed.

"Okay" hem replied as he finished his food and ran off to go play honey looking at his mate.

 

"He doesn't know how you make meat" he mentioned as he looked at vidar with an expression that she all you need to know.

"I know but I don't want to scare him. If he thinks it's just an adult thing he won't be upset every time I eat and when he's older and can understand better I'll explain it."

"I'm fine with that then" honey replied as he smiled a little and kissed his husbands cheek.

Vidar smiled slightly then turned his head to watch Hem playing in the living room.

 

"I'll go see if I can dig out some of your old toys for him to play with," Granny said as she stood then hobbled over to the young deer and told him she was going on a treasure hunt.

Hem giggled wanting to help her find the treasure. "Thank you vidar" honey replied blushing neon red.

"Hmm? I didn't do anything," Vidar said softly as he smiled at his mate. "You've done the hard work not me."

"Thank you for keeping me" honey replied with a smile.

"I'll give you up for any thing," Vidar said before kissing Honey's forehead.

"I love you a lot" honey whispered with a smile as he snuggled his mate.

 

"Can I go play outside?" Hem asked a pleading look on his face as he snuggled vidar.

"I love you too Hoeny," Vidar sighed happily as he wrapped an arm around his mate. "Huh? Um yes but someone has to be outside with you," he said with a frowned as he stroked his son's hair.

"I won't go far!" Honey begged wanting to play outside really bad.

"Granny will watch him. The two of you relax. Hem, maybe you can help me find some thing in the yard while you're playing. Pity it's there's no wind today or you could play with your father's old kite."

 

"Okay if you're mother says it's alright."

"Take him I desire alone time with vidar" honey replied kissing his mates hand.

Granny chuckled and hobbled out the door, calling Hem to go along with her.

 

"Should we go back to our home for the alone time? Granny is good at watching kids and I could already tell she's put up child care spells."

"Yeah it's been a long time" honey replied as he blushed and lead vidar home.

 

Hem happily bounced around outside running everywhere.

Vidar smiled as he slipped his hand into Honey's. "Let's head home and relax a bit," he said with a chuckled.

 

Granny chuckled as she watch Hem and made butterflies from magic lights for him to have fun chasing.

"Just relax?" Honey asked as he got up and his cute tail wiggled as he walked around in circles slightly hearding vidar towards home.

"There are many ways to relax," Vidar chuckled as he moved to wrap his arm around his mate's waist. "Let's go home and relax after doing something fun," he teased.

"Okay!" Honey replied happily as he followed vidar excited for their alonetime

Vidar chuckled as they hurried back home. "Sooo, what game does my sweet mate want to play?" he teased once they were inside and wrapped his arms around him.

"Mmh I don't know what games are there~?" Honey asked curiously.

Vidar laughed then kissed him before running his hand over his mate's torso. "Well I could be the hunter stalking my pray but I don't want to eat you," he joked.

"Mmh I don't mind being hunted" honey teased with a soft smirk.

Vidar smiled and kissed his mate's neck. "Do you want me to create a little place for us to play? It won't last forever of course but long enough," he chuckled.
