For me, I would have to say Ai no fucking Kusabi, both versions.

 

The sex scenes aren't that explicit, except for the newer version *fufufu* but when you watch the series they just feel a lot more erotic and there is a certain alchemy/synergy between them after you know about the relationships between the characters !
