Now the last movie making is out...

and premiere in 3 days...

Every things is so fast...

When first Takumi-kun movie out...

Truth is I wasn't that impress on movie...

Well I was love the manga so much that time...

So when I see the first Takumi... I feel little disappointed...

Well they try too much in one movie...

And all the emotion of character didn't show much as I want it to be...

Well but least there is movie about it was how I thought...

And the second movie came out...

I thought what are they doing...

That time... I didn't listen the drama cd yet... so...

This wasn't in the manga was at all... --;;;

But, when I keep watching I just feel the Takumi-kun series I was hoping for was there...

Just story line was little be off for me... but, after hearing the drama cd and

the all the story about rainbow was made every thing explaine it self...

I am so thankful they change director and actor to shot Takumi-kun series...

I don't mean the first cast and director did bad job...

I just saying the Director Yokoi cord and mind match...

And the all the actors did good job on capturing their character...

Specially Mao-kun and Dai-chan...

Well... truth was I wasn't fan of them at beginning... ^^;;;

I just though their are o.k. that's it!!!

Then early this year I start know that they did the theart work...

And saw Tenimyu... Wow... then I start to want to know more about them...

I just found more and more good point about them and that made me fan... ^^;;;

Also, help of one person I just could get more close to them ever...

That don't mean I know them in personally... --;;;;

She is going to give a gift that I made for Mao-kun and Dai-chan... ^^;;;;

So that is what I mean by I feel more close to them... ^^;;;;;

 

Well if any script they love happen to be come along they might...

But, now they do most theart perfomance... so it will not be in near future...

About BL... It is best to do one good one and not do it...

So I wish they don't do any BL now on...

To us Mao-kun is always Takumi and Dai-chan is Gii...

so... just don't do any BL...

I can relate to the disappointment about the first Takumi-kun film. However, in my case the reason for my disappointment is that the first Takumi-kun film I watched was Bibou no Detail by accident which I stumbled on YouTube.

I was so blown away by the drama. My most favorite scene is when Takumi confronts Gii in his room. So awesome. I cried. It was heartbreaking. I want to run after Hayama and hug him.

Bibou no Detail really affected me and it had what I wanted in a BL drama.

But I had no idea that it was a 3rd movie. LOL. Until a friend informed me that there was more...and i was like OMG! REALLY???!!!

So the next I watched was Nijiro no Garasu and I fell in love again. I was really impressed. So beautiful.

But I didn't know that the first movie didn't have Dai and Mao. It was a completely different cast and I was like...WHAT THE??

But I watched it anyway because I wanted to understand Takumi-kun series.

I wasn't impressed at all. The chemistry wasn't there. And it felt like they were trying to cram as much information in the film as possible.

The actors were alright but they did not have that magic the way Dai and Mao did. A lot of the scenes were a bit too campy and awkward to watch. But at least I got to see Takumi's back story and why he has his human touch phobia so yeah..that was essential.

Plus Takiguchi was the most stable actor in the first movie for me. So I was really happy to know he's the original Akaike from the very beginning up to the latest movie.

 

Yes, in a way I do agree that perhaps Dai and Mao not do any BL characters for the mean time since they have been so identified as Gii and Takumi. it will be kinda hard to see them play another BL role. Perhaps expanding their abilities to tackle other roles will be better for their careers.

 

On a side note..I was so not impressed with Yasuka Saito in Takumi-kun 1. His acting was was a little too cheesy and awkward for me.

But when he played Tachibana in Ai no Kotodama...OMG! It was just perfect. Goes to show that there are roles that can either make or break an actor.

he was work with the people he did work at Tenimyu...

So what I say before might the facter...

That knowing each other made more true and get along better...

Made better emotion and that show in the movie...

Also, what you said... there is role for each person...

That Yasuka Saito role was Tachibana not Takumi...

And Mao-kun role was Takumi not Morita(if every one read my post should know what I am saying) ^^;;;

 

Well for Mao-kun and Dai-chan...

So far they try best to become all the character they play...

Mao-kun was known as practice mania... ^^;;;;

He work hard on his role so that he growth with the character he play every time he do...

Dai-chan... once he start his role he just become one with character...

Both Mao-kun and Dai-chan... I believe what ever the role they will do they will do best character ever... ^^

i watched it..

and fell in loved with them..

The whole movie was shot different so it feel little lost at first...

but, you just fell in love with movie and Mao & Dai-chan... ^^

Now today(more like yesterday in Japan) 6/15 the "Rainbow Glass" and the "Ano, hareta aozora"(the making of 5th) has been release .

Also this is a coincidence but June 15th is the anniversary of Takumi brother's death...

Now only 3 day from preview of "Ano, hareta aozora"...

The actors got hand of making of and they want to hear actors impressions on it but seem they didn't got any... ^^;;;;

Well Dai-chan did said some in his blog... but, I guess didn't tell them about it... ^^;;;;

 

So... this was hard as posting I did so far...

Not because of what it writen... because of my hand condition...

I do have problem with my hand... So I can't do too much work with my hand...

But, I quess I over did this time... --;;;

So I wasn't allowed to type right now... but... I just can wait to share this posting...

If you understand his background then from that you should understand why he is like that...

Gii isn't person to look down to... Also, even he get along with other but only the people he truth...

Gii don't care for others and upper classman... He start get along and taking care other is because of Takumi...

Also, Takumi could get along with other because of Gii...

That mean when Sagara sempai tried to get Gii was time Gii still didn't got together with Takumi...

So Gii didn't care Sagara sampai is upper classman...

to Gii Sagara sempai is just another people who he didn't want to get along...

Yes, in Japan and Korea it is important to be respect to older classman...

But, that did not effect... You have to remember... what do they keep saying about where he came from...

Even he is still in school he have to help his father's work...

He didn't had to come to Japan to study... but, as in movie it was Takumi and Gii's unmei to be together...

Even in Bibou no detail... what Gii did to protact Takumi was show how he been raise...

He had to be above every one even Takumi... that was how he has been taught...

So he didn't knew what will come from that... when even he said sorry to Takumi but still if that happen agains

he will do that again... that explan that he isn't the person we face ever day...

He alway have to take all the thing for himself and not to let other get in his way...

Even it mean he had to stay away from some one important... specially the one he care...

That bit and pieces of his background is the hint... you just have to put them together...

 

From Bibou no detail, the Gii Misu describe was the Gii before got together with Takumi...

Gii didn't care about other... appresiating other is not in his life...

Everything was there for him... he didn't had to ask for it... people just do it for him...

That is how he has been raise, so he don't know why he had to be appresiate...

until he meet Takumi... everything change... That is why Misu get on Gii's nerves that he will take Takumi...

if Gii don't want to do any thing to Takumi...

Misu somehow testing Gii... That Gii he know will not care for what ever Misu said...

But, Misu somehow knew aleady what Gii will do...

Well to me Misu wasn't hate Gii, he was just irritated by Gii...

To me they are two person who are so different but somehow same...

You know watching Pure really opened my eyes to a lot of things about Gii and Misu. They both have very similar personalities, way too similar that they clash. Perhaps in another universe, they would have been great friends but in the Takumi-kun universe, it's just not happening. They don't agree on the ways they handle things especially with the way they treat their lovers for example. While Gii spoils Takumi and is very open with his affection towards him which is so sweet and adorable. While Misu treats Shingyouji like a personal pet which drives me nuts and I love it! hahahahahhaha!!

 

But they do help each other where their partners are involved. Misu did that for Gii in Bibou no Detail and Gii does it his way in Pure by manipulating the whole dating scheme for Misu and Shingyouji. I really love that. Gii is so cool with manipulating things. I swear Akaike has something to do with it too. I love their friendship.

 

But in that scene where Gii and Misu become love advisers for Takabayashi and Yoshizawa, the scene for Misu, it was like he was advising more for himself because he was experiencing the distance from Shingyouji and it was affecting him more than he expected. I sensed that while for Gii it was like he wanted Takabayashi to figure out things for himself and also stop hanging out in his room so much. For Gii, he's already settled the issue of distance with Takumi in Bibou. They've understood each other already. They're clearly devoted to each other so Takumi is no longer feeling insecure of Gii's love for him.

 

 

 

That would be such a great fanfic challenge to do but who knows someone might be up to the challenge. Hehehe! I'd like to see that happen too.

For all we know Misu and Gii have some kind of unspoken rivalry between them.

They're not friends but are not enemies either. It's kinda like that.

They will help each other provided that the other does not interfere. And they would do anything for their partners.

I think what binds them is that Hayama and Shingyouji are good friends.

 

Totally agree with all your points. Your explanations is making me want a Gii and Misu fanfic now.

There's so much psychology in this movie, I feel like one of us fans need to write an essay on why certain characters behave the way they do. Lol. I love intelligent fangirls/boys XD Makes discussing so much fun.

You truly cleared up a LOT of things here because the major setback for me in understanding the series is the timeline. I really get confused.

But reading your post made things a whole lot clearer now especially on Gii's personality and Misu's perception of him.

And it does give insight on why Misu is the way he is with Shingyouji.

Aha! So he harbored unrequited love for Sagara-san and simply gave up because he knew that his senpai had the hots for Gii and Gii doesn't care which understandably can drive someone really angry. I know I would. LOL. I've been in that exact same situation as Misu.

But it also explains how overwhelmed he is about Shingyouji's love and devotion for him. I can understand that.

 

However, what's up with Sagara-san taking Misu on a date in Pure? Hmmmmmm....

Is he pursuing Misu when he knew that he's got no chances with Gii and he knew that Misu used to have feelings for him in the past?

Can I like punch Sagara-san now?

 

Oh I love this series.

The drama. The romance. The delicious angst all over and yes...of course...the lovely lovely characters that make it all happen.

I'm so happy.

*When Takumi suddenly stopped playing violin at the party and ran outside, Gii ran after him and kiss him (don't know why but I really like it when Takumi gets angry LOL)

* The kissing scene in the classroom at the beginning

* When Takumi comes to lie next to Gii and then .... :")

 

I hope someone will upload the making for Ano, hareta aozora soon. I'm waiting desperately for the 5th movie. I would certainly buy the original DVD for Ano, hareta aozora if it has Engsub T_T

You truly cleared up a LOT of things here because the major setback for me in understanding the series is the timeline. I really get confused.

But reading your post made things a whole lot clearer now especially on Gii's personality and Misu's perception of him.

And it does give insight on why Misu is the way he is with Shingyouji.

Aha! So he harbored unrequited love for Sagara-san and simply gave up because he knew that his senpai had the hots for Gii and Gii doesn't care which understandably can drive someone really angry. I know I would. LOL. I've been in that exact same situation as Misu.

But it also explains how overwhelmed he is about Shingyouji's love and devotion for him. I can understand that.

 

However, what's up with Sagara-san taking Misu on a date in Pure? Hmmmmmm....

Is he pursuing Misu when he knew that he's got no chances with Gii and he knew that Misu used to have feelings for him in the past?

Can I like punch Sagara-san now?

 

Oh I love this series.

The drama. The romance. The delicious angst all over and yes...of course...the lovely lovely characters that make it all happen.

I'm so happy.

 

But can I still punch Sagara-san?

 

Well you have to understand Sagara-san too...

Sagara-san feeling toward Misu are not love... is more like dear cute juniors...

That was what he had feel for him... Then Misu collapse in from of him...

He worry about Misu so much... then he realized he might have feeling toward Misu...

Then at lunch when Sagara-san saw that Misu found someone...

that made he feel sorrow and relief on Misu... that is why he decide to leave ealry...

Well Sagara-san didn't change his feeling toward Gii to Misu because Misu is next in line...

I thinks more like he didn't realized about his feel to Misu until Misu collapse in front of him...

Well it was little to late for him to realized now... ^^;;;

So, I don't think Sagara-san are not that bad person... Just he miss his chance to be with Misu... ^^;;;

Also... I don't think Sagara-san didn't know Misu had feeling for him in past...

Misu we all know will not make that mistake... --;;;

That is my analysis on Sagara-san... so feel little pity on him... ^^;;;;

 

I'm am so intrigued of the past now in this series. (Before Gii met Takumi history.) I'm interested in this Sagara, Gii, and Misu storyline! Interesting hehe.

 

Sagara tho need to stop jumpin from one guy to another. I wanted to kick him in the movie >_

Sagara-san just didn't go for Misu because he is there...

More like he realized just to late... --;;;

And he could leave early because not only he feel bad but also he feel relief that Misu is O.K.

Well Sagara-sempai are good to his juniors...

But, not all the sempai is good... --;;;

Most of sempai who graduate, even they weren't nice when they were at school...

They somehow change and be more nice to their juniors...

So it isn't that uncommon thing in Japan and Korean culture that sempai paying for meal... ^^

Well that is only if sempai can afford to pay(Sagara-sampai his is also rich any way)... ^^;;;;;

Every character in Takumi-kun series is helping each other to change...

Not only the Gii and Takumi... If you see the manga or novel...

You can see how each of character link to each other and change each other... ^^

But, still the most change happen on Gii and Takumi...

For other they just can do with out one other somehow...

But, to Gii and Takumi... they need only each other... ^^;;;
