Byakuya626 Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 Hello there. Just downloaded Silver Chaos and the glitch patch and english patch. My issue is as some other users have here. I click on the Glitch Patch 1.2 and the window pops up... it puts in some files... then nothing else happens after that, no other window... nothing. I watched the video and i did the same as in the video... still nothing. My windows is Vista 32bit so i know it's not an issue of only working on 32bit. Any suggestions? EDIT: after about 10 - 15 mins it popped up and then installed correctly. Hopefully it works now! How did you get this to work? I also have a Windows Vista 32 bit computer but my 1.2 glitch patch problem has not been resolved yet. Please help!
fioreyue Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Hi, I followed your steps to download the game following the video but when I want to install the 1.2 patch, it won't. it pops up the small grey screen shown in your vid but the green screen does not come out. Can you help?
Rei Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 try closing all the programs that run and wait depending on your PC's specs the window might pop up in a few seconds or in a few minutes or in some cases after 10 minutes or even more

Rei Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 @ Yaoi of Insanity try uninstalling the game in case it did install parts of it, then if you have downloaded using uTorrent or another torrent client make sure that program is not running in background then restart and try it again

The thinks I did are - Made a new folder VividColor *even when he say it doesn't exist dodn't worry - Deleted open.avi *now the game is working but still japanees - Then the 1.2 glitch patch works - And now it works So you need to make sure that the game is working
KuraiXx Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 I tried to open the 1.2 glitch patch but it opens the gray download screen the something starts to load but then it stops. I closed everything except that and tried a few more times. I then left it for an hour. Nothing happened... Can you help?? (BTW I'm on Windows Vista 32bit)

Rei Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 I did the same things on my laptop and it works so... maybe u're making an error somewhere or it's an incompatibility issue with some soft you have installed...

angelheart5486 Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I've been trying to figure out how to get the 1.2 glitch patch to work for the past 2-3 hrs. The green screen finally popped up when I accidentally closed all the internet pages I had opened. So, maybe try that, if nothing else seems to be working.

Lion Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 yo. i have a problem coz when i tried releasing the game from a zip, it said two files were broken: CHRDATA.com and VDATA.com from DISC1\pack\ can you put it in mediafire? ^^ that might be one of the reasons im getting this mainstream error.. ;_; thanks. EDIT: When i open the program, it says mainstream error. D: i already have the japanese locale active, even the region and the non-unicode stuff.. i swear i did everything in the video even the deleting the .avi... I have a Windows Vista... q.q
