It's not tragedy, and since there's only one chapter out, it's difficult to say how it will turn out. The first chapter has a slice of life feel and quite a bit of comedy elements. If I had to provide a summary: Yoake Itaru is a 38-year-old divorced Insurance Investigator. Basically, he does the work that no one else will do. Surrounded by a host of colourful characters, Yoake spends his days with a smile on his face, getting along with everyone. But beneath that easygoing exterior, Yoake remains a mystery himself. He handles people with ease, but how does he actually feel about them? He associates with many others, but what is the nature of his relationships? Then, one day on a case, Yoake is left in charge of belligerent teenager Takahira Kuro. One look at Yoake and Kuro says, "This guy is disgusting." Taken aback, Yoake nevertheless allows Kuro a place under his roof. Is this the beginning of the end of Yoake Itaru's colourless days...? Well, this is a seinen manga and there's a lot going on besides what I've mentioned in the summary; however I couldn't help focusing a little on the YoakexKuro ship. It's unlikely we'll ever see any man on man action here but hey, it's Yoneda Kou and even if it's not BL, it will be a great story in and of itself.
