Fill empty sheets

Along wooden floors

Do little mice creep

To their homes

In hollow walls

 

Little beaks

Do softly cheep

In empty gutters

Where their mothers keep

Them warm through out Winter's peak

Cheep cheep

 

Little eyes

Do quietly peek

Through a wooden door so weak

Slowly they come

Creep creep

Only to run off like frighten sheep

 

Seasons come

And season go

But oh, empty home

You'll never truly be left on your own
