Key Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 ~Theme: Favorite Book~ At the suggestion of YO's members, we decided to hold a new monthly contest - a photo competition. The 22nd theme is 'Favorite Book'. A pretty simple theme, just post a pic of your favorite book's cover or any page of the book. - The picture has to be taken by you - The pic has to be related to the given theme - You can use photo editing software to fix the levels, brightness, contrast and so on, but without adding effects (like using brushes on the picture) - Each member can post only 1 entry - All the participants get 3000 points Start date: 04/04/2016 Closing date: 01/05/2016

addyLicious Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Asking for your most favorite book is always difficult to answer. Like thinking of which sense would you prefer over everything else. The photo includes some of the books I own. The single book facing front is my fave one (just a tiny bit better than the books it stands on: For One More Day by Mitch Albom, The Firm by John Grisham and Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix by JK Rowling ): TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD by Ms. Harper Lee. A classic title that speaks of dealing with life, mostly on the issue of racism and justice among other things. It's a very riveting read, gripping and inspirational. Very astute and realistic.
