Padang: Rendang Jakarta: Ketoprak, Kerak telor Yogya: Gudeg and Wedang Bandung: Seblak Bali: Ayam Betutu Lombok: Satay Bulayak, Satay Rambiga(My favorite one) SUrabaya: Rojak Cingur Oops... My partner's been talking about Bali instead of New Zealand as our next holiday because it's cheaper. I don't mind because I speak a tiny bit of the language. Food will be difficult though because she's vegetarian. Does anyone know any places that serve vegetarian food?

My partner's just saying that it's a Buddhist region so of course there are lots of vegetarian restaurants. Yummy! Gudeg sounds nice. I love jackfruit.
