Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuu No fried or oily food for you! When you have a sore throat it is best to avoid deep fried, shallow fried and oily foods. Perhaps make something else? I can give you my recipe for homemade vegetable soup if you would like (you need vegetable stock and NEED potato because it is the vegetable that is the base of the soup) How are you feeling btw? Usually people get nose bleeds when their body heat is too high but your temperature was within a normal bracket so I am very worried.
