Cannot Insert Image on Signature

Hello, Good Day.

I'm encountering a problem where I cant insert GIF or any Image on my Signature even though it meets the guidelines:

• Maximum of 3 images
• Images up to 500 x 300 pixels
• Maximum of 1 URL
• Maximum of 3 lines

Here is the message that I'm getting:

"Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions for

Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links.

please try another image."

I tried different types of images jpg, png ,etc. and its still not working. Please Help. Thank you very much.
