I'm encountering a problem where I cant insert GIF or any Image on my Signature even though it meets the guidelines: Maximum of 3 images Images up to 500 x 300 pixels Maximum of 1 URL Maximum of 3 lines Here is the message that I'm getting: "Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions for Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. please try another image." I tried different types of images jpg, png ,etc. and its still not working. Please Help. Thank you very much.
