forgot username and password; email delivery function not working?? :(

Hi Guys

 

Though it may seem like im a new member i'm actually not!! I'm the bleach fan called Katie (the same Katie M Hallatt on facebook) and I joined last year in september/october/november? lol but I havent been on the website for a few weeks and I forgot my username and password!!

 

I tried to put in my email address [email protected] and it said it would email me a new password. It didnt. So when I tried again, it kept saying the random question was incorrect. Japanese cartoons are called Animes right? But it wouldnt accept my answer

 

This is so not cool!! Can someone please help me log back into my other account?

 

Or tell me what i have to do to reset my other name and password, much obliged.

As we changed the server engine just yesterday, the email server wasn't activated yet, that's why you didn't get a password reminder. However, it has been activated now and the password reminder works again.
