I have those too sometimes..

What I do to relieve them is to sit up straight and breathe evenly and slowly and most of the times they go away...Try doing those, it could help..

Hmmm...I'm fine, but I woke up with knotted muscles on my back..probably of my bad sitting habits...I've been fine and as the middle of December nears, many things would begin to happen and schedules would start to go busy..ahh, but I'll be fine....I just hope that I'll be able to go online when I take my Christmas break..XD

I agree Christmas season is one of the busiest day for most of the people.. and in my part it's my time to hide in my room and never come out until christmas is over *chuckles* hahaha just kidding I owe most of my nieces and nephews gifts lol xD

A glutton for punishment! Well be sure to relax over the weekend and for the holidays as much as possible. After a long week of work, I tend to spend my weekends sleeping in and playing video games. Ha ha. It'll be rough, but hopefully afterwards you can slow down and breathe.
