Kaito leaned back slightly in his chair, glancing between Logan and Asher with a raised brow when the other mentioned light training and what that was involving. But also how Logan was scolding Asher because of his ideas of training for someone who never trained in his whole life. At least not like that. “Fifty kilometers?” he repeated dryly. “I should’ve written a will before breakfast.” Missy let out a small laugh at that, quickly covering her mouth, while Logan’s smirk widened just a fraction. Kaito tilted his head toward Asher, eyes glinting just a little. “Light training, huh? Well I’ll try not to embarrass you in front of your own pack, Alpha.” Kaito lowered his cup slowly, pressing his lips together for a second to hide the faint smile threatening to show. When Logan and Missy explained their plans, Kaito nodded easily. “That’s alright,” he said, tone relaxed. “Probably better you don’t witness your Alpha getting humbled this early in the morning anyway”, he teased but he knew damn well that he was the one going to get his ass kicked. Outside, the air was crisp, brushing cool against his skin as they stepped away from the pack house. Kaito fell into step beside Asher easily, hands slipping into his pockets as he looked ahead. Kaito felt it the moment they stepped fully into the clearing. A quiet, electric awareness that made every sound sharper, every movement more defined. The thud of fists against training dummies, the rhythm of feet against packed earth, even the air itself felt… alive. Kaito swallowed, rolling his shoulders once as if grounding himself, though his gaze stayed forward. “…safe space, huh,” he echoed under his breath, more to himself than to Asher. When Asher stepped in front of him, Kaito’s attention snapped back, sharpening instinctively. There was something about the way Asher shifted when he got serious. More focused. More alpha in a way Kaito was only just beginning to recognize. His attention was now on what Asher was explaining trying to understand and take notes. Kaito nodded and pushed forward with all his power in that moment which was not enough, trying to do what he was told. When his palm was pressed flat against Asher’s chest, Kaito froze for half a heartbeat. Because that was distracting. Solid muscle. Heat. The steady, powerful rhythm of a heartbeat under his hand. His fingers flexed slightly without meaning to. “Push.” His wolf whispered softly as Kaito exhaled slowly and focused. At first, he applied pressure carefully. But then something shifted and the force increased. With a small movement from his body he managed to move Asher one step back only but that was something. “… I didn’t mean to … ” he started, but stopped. The space between them thinned, heat pressing in, awareness snapping tight. He could feel the shift in Asher’s breathing, the closeness, the way his hand slid from wrist to forearm. Kaito huffed softly through his nose, trying to steady himself. “You’re getting real hands-on for ‘simple training,’” he murmured, voice low, just shy of teasing but he didn’t pull away. He just smiled. Kaito blinked once, then a slow grin pulled at his lips. “Oh, that’s dangerous” he laughed but refocused. Kaito exhaled slowly, rolling his shoulders back as he faced Asher again. The air between them felt different now. Asher’s voice echoed in his head. Don’t think so much. Easier said than done. Kaito shifted his weight, eyes narrowing slightly as he watched him. Asher didn’t look tense. Didn’t look like he was preparing to move at all. And yet, every time Kaito had tried to reach him, he’d already been gone. A flicker of irritation sparked. “Alright,” Kaito muttered under his breath, more to himself than anyone else. “Let’s see what happens if I stop playing nice.” His wolf stirred at that and Kaito moved again. This time, he didn’t lunge straight in. He stepped to the side first, testing, circling slightly like he’d seen some of the others do. His body felt lighter than it should, like the ground wasn’t holding him as tightly as it used to. Then he moved, faster than before. His hand shot forward and missed. Asher shifted back, barely a step, smooth as breathing. Kaito didn’t stop. He adjusted mid-motion, pivoting, reaching again closer this time. His fingers brushed fabric for a split second before Asher twisted just out of reach. Kaito huffed a quiet laugh, breath already picking up. “Don’t sound so surprised.” He moved without overthinking, stepping in, feinting left, then cutting right. His body reacted before his mind could second-guess it. There was a strange kind of clarity in it, like everything unnecessary had fallen away. Asher moved to evade but Kaito anticipated it. His hand shot out and this time, his fingers closed briefly around Asher’s wrist. “ … got you,” he said, breathless, a grin breaking across his face before he could stop it. Kaito tilted his head a fraction, eyes glinting with something a little more playful now. “Not bad for someone who ‘just woke up,’ right?” he said, voice steadier than he felt. Kaito finally let go, stepping back. His chest rose and fell a little faster now, adrenaline humming under his skin.

“Fuck~” Yukie groaned out as he felt his body release the feeling rushing over him as he drowned in the pleasure their lovemaking brought him. Holding Julius close Yukie listened and chuckled at how ambitious Julius was in his plans. “Your going to exhaust me eh?” Yukie asked with a small chuckle as he kissed his mates cheek and gently picked up Julius in his arms. Carrying him in one arm he gathered their things before making a small travel portal back to their hotel. Once back he tossed Julius playfully on the bed. “Alright darling. Drain me~” Yukie challenged as he stripped off the rest of his clothes minus the jewelry and climbed over to the bed. ————- “Thank you.” Haruhi whispered as he snuggled into Yumros arms his body relaxing as he looked at his mates. “It’s late though. As much as I want to stay up, we should sleep. I don’t want to be tiered saying goodbye in the morning.” Haruhi admitted as he glanced over to where the boys were sleeping a small ache hitting at how quickly things could change. Letting out a small sigh Haruhi looked at Yumro before slipping off and lead him towards their room wanting to hold and snuggle his mate tonight.
