According to Baka updates chapter 15 of PLAY BOY BLUES came out about a month ago.

 

I can't seem to find it. Anyone know where to read it?

As I could see, the info in Baka updates isn't very accurated since the 3 scalantion groups are inactive right now. I've checked the info and the last released chapter was 14 since the manga is licensed and it was in April 2012, so I think that no one has released chap 15 >_

It wasn't Harudaki who released it? If they did, well they're a closed group, no wonder if it wasn't shared anywhere, in that case someone who has access to that group could share it, but probably that will brake a number one rule, so unfortunately it'll be hard to find that chapter in the web...
