what was your reaction when you first saw yaoi?

I was interrested in gays some years ago when I saw them in a soap. I thought it was kind of fascinating. I had read manga before but just the usual magical girl stuff and when I looked through a stack of new comics at a store and found Bronze Zetsuai (which's artwork is marvelous!) I thought: "Well I have to check this out" and bought the whole 13 comics in one week... and then I started to do some research on the internet and found out more and more about this genre

Me, being open for all kind of relationship (from the very beginning of my sexuality...), sometimes obsessed with the REALLY twisted stuff, wasn't surprised or embarrassed at all, when I decided to occupy myself more with stuff like yaoi or yuri.

 

I can´t really tell when I first saw something like this... But ever since I was like: Awesome! Har, har, har! Daily dose mode -- activated! ._.

 

I think it´s a hobby for all kinds of mood... You can find cute or funny things, sad or brutal... And of course a lot of hot or "action" stuff, too.

 

Luckily I got my good friend Gartengnom, we can share all the nice stuff we've found or think up new pairings, point out some dudes in the street and come up with hilarious stoies about them... I think that´s really the best part about it.

I saw a video clip of a yaoi last week [i discovered yaoi last week] it was sent to me by my friend. The moment I saw two guys doing some stuffs, I called my classmate and told her I'll kill her when she comes back in the country but then, another classmate of mine forced me to watch it again that I even got mad at her then I said sorry because I felt guilty then I thought she was really sad she still made me watch it and I did even though I swore I would never do it again. But the thing is, I am here because I respect everyone.

I don't know if I can even remember, I think I really got into Yaoi like 5 - 6 years ago.

 

Technically, the first "yaoi" I watched was Earthian (this was running on TV in the early 2000s, like 2001) and I seems to like it. I though it was cute (kind of funny that I accepted it so easily).

Okay so my first reaction ever was when I saw this Axel and Roxas fanart on Google Images (and it wasn't even explicit, lol. I was just so innocent then). They were naked and on top of each other and I was like, 11 at the time. But when I saw it, I was disturbed and almost screamed and quickly closed the computer. Afterwards I felt kinda gross and guilty and was pretty much scarred for life...or so I thought, ahah.

 

I can't really remember when I got back into it but it was like a year or two later. I discovered this Kingdom Hearts doujinshi called Crown. I had no idea it was smut either so when the first smutty picture came I was like, "eeww no." Then a week-ish later I found more yaoi and then I just started liking it. I don't know how exactly but it's just nice to look at I guess, lmao.
