My friend and I went on an accidental foodtrip. And we tried... "crispy frog legs". In order to verify whether it tastes like chicken as some people have said (and to scout for potential food source in case of apocalypse, maybe). Well, for the verdict, it tasted just fine. The meat is soft and reminded me of a fish fillet rather than fried chicken. Since frogs are small, there is less meat as well. I would like to sincerely apologize to Keroppi and Sergeant Keroro.

yes!! I haven't been able to describe what it's texture is like but fish is exactly right!!! I've only tried the steamed version so maybe I will try the fried ones next time The steamed ones are also pretty good.
