it is the sequel for Kimi wa Natsu no Naka

2. Futari no Lion

 

and as usual, raw or translated version are fine for me =w=.

Hi. Both these mangas are ongoing serializations i.e. the complete volume is not out yet and I don't buy the magazines. The scanlator working on these series, sennoakatsuki, doesn't want their releases on Yaoiotaku. So if you want to read the English scanlation, you can visit the scanlator's tumblr (they don't provide download links) or look up these mangas on online reading sites where they get inevitably uploaded.
