I found it! I really thought I'd have to really hunt this down... but of course it was just on a different forum... lol. A million thank you's to Towa on anime-sharing!!

Apparently, this is the Kanzenban version... what that means, I'm honestly not really sure. VNDB didn't really... have that good of an explanation. Who knows. LOL

It is version 2 of the game, though... I guess that has something to do with it? 

Anwyays, no need to install the game. Just click the game exe, and start playing!

Thank you for sharing! I did a quick look, and apparently Kanzenban version (released in 2020) included a new ending, new CGs, songs, and other fixes.
