I think it might be Japenes, because of surrounding... it look very clean... ^^;;;;

The pictures are from a japanese drama called ,,Clone baby"

The drama was released on 2010 on TBS network and it has 11 episodes

I couldn't find the original trailer but you can see in this fan video some of the scenes....
