So many words left unsaid ,

So many roads cast in sorrow ,

So these feelings are always in my grasp,

Your Hand In Mine.

 

I put your hand on mine,

 

It helps us pass the time,

 

You say it’s hard to breathe,

 

You know what I mean,

 

The days just get longer,

 

Battles grow stronger,

 

 

And you’re bathed in pain,

 

It courses through your veins,

 

You do your best to stay sane,

 

But sometimes I know,

 

You wish you could throw in the towel,

 

But you have so many things to do now,

 

 

O what can you do?

 

You have people that need you,

 

And if you were honest,

 

I know you would love to live,

 

To a ripe age,

 

It just that the pain,

 

Has taken over your brain,

 

 

O why can't I be normal you say,

 

You watch with envy,

 

As other people stay busy,
