Help: Credits not updated

I'm not sure to post this here or in the Points/Contests sub-section so apologies in advance if it's the wrong place

 

I'm sure things are really crazy at YOtaku HQ & you guys get wayyyyy loads of messages every day, so I definitely understand that some things get missed out & there may be the occasional glitches. So, don't in any way take this as a complaint.

 

I just want to point out that my credits haven't been updated from
