Need help

I can't open any downloaded links either on my laptop, cell, or tab. Do i need to download something for that? I always get unsupported files. Thank you

Your message is a bit unclear. You can't download links or you can't open the files after you downloaded them? You mentioned you get an 'Unsupported file' error, which means you downloaded the file, but your computer doesn't support it/ you lack a software that opens the file. You don't need to have any special software to download files from YO, but you need to have certain software to open them in your computer - example, in order to open a movie, you need a video player like VLC Player, in order to open/extract a zip file, you need an archiving software like WinRar. So, what exactly are you trying to download/open? Also, please make a print screen of the error you are getting.

Oh ok I think that's what's going on. I need a special software to open them. I've been trying to download some series from Mary calmes. The links that finally download, give me the "unsupported files" message on all 3 devices. Some of the links ask me to sign up on other websites

You need a PDF reader, like Acrobat Reader from Adobe, if the file is in PDF format. For the links that ask you to register to other websites, I am assuming they are 4Shared links and yes, that is a file hosting site that requires having a free account in order to download the files hosted on their servers, or you can login with your Facebook, Google account etc.
