If you wanna set an avatar (the image that appears under your username each time you post on the forums), please check Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. . If you wanna set a profile pic (the picture that only appears on your profile page), the thread above will still help you, just at point 2, instead of clicking on Edit Avatar, click on Edit Profile Picture instead. (:
